No children under 12 yrs. old.

Located in Homestead, you are in the central location for outlets, The Florida Keys, and Miami. 2 floor apartment with the main bedroom on the second floor. Also located on the second floor is the bathroom and shower. All Televisions are brand new smart Tv's. Avocado Villas is a quiet neighborhood, and the house is surrounded with security cameras for your protection.

There is something profoundly impactful about being around horses and sharing close-quarters with them. You are in their energy field, receiving all that they have to offer. Charming private back pool house on a fenced property in a quiet neighborhood close to US 1, the Turnpike, the Keys, Nascar and the Homestead Speedway, and the Everglades. You are 15-20 minutes from the Speedway, 20 minutes from the Everglades, and 30 minutes from Key Largo. For guests wishing to stay a month or more, I would require you to provide a copy of your photo ID.

It is located in a very quiet area of Cutler Bay, between Key Largo and Downtown Miami. This space is perfect for travelers that prefer a peaceful retreat.
