Holiday rentals with a patio in Florida

It’s nice for a short stay. We stayed two nights but we mainly just used it to sleep. During the day we were at the beach. The golf cart was convenient to get around but you do have to pay extra to use, it doesn’t come included with the Airbnb. The hosts were very responsive and gave us recommendations. They provided beach chairs, towels, and snorkeling gear to use! The last day we had to take the ferry back to ceiba at 5:30AM and when we asked the host for reliable taxis to take us, Jules ones of the co-host offered to drive us there, which we thought was very nice of her! The only thing was I didn’t like the bathroom towels, they didn’t dry too good. Could be my own preference though but everything else was good!

Totally awesome for 6 people. Would recommend 10/10. Comfy place.

We had a wonderful stay at Jose and Omayra’s Airbnb in Punta Santiago. The space is a private sublet apartment located at the rear of their main home, and it was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated after hot days of exploring. Jose and Omayra were warm and welcoming hosts who took the time to clearly explain the house rules and how everything worked, which made settling in easy. They also provided a helpful guidebook full of local tourist attractions and were full of great recommendations for things to see and do. The property features several shared spaces like a cozy front patio and a charming coffee bar—perfect for relaxing in the morning. The location is peaceful and set in the countryside, yet conveniently located near several key attractions like El Yunque National Forest, El Río Hippie, and the Humacao Nature Reserve. Everything was clean and cozy. Perfect for a gateaway. Close to excellent restaurants. Sorrounding public facilities beautifull and well keept. Highly recommend.

We highly recommend this place! Carmen is absolutely wonderful with a warm personality! She went out of her way to take care of us and welcome us the vieques. The place was so clean, and had the best view around. The kitchen got a lot of use from us, it was great to cook in. Air BnB showed this place in the wrong location, and we had to slightly re plan but Carmen helped us figure it out. Can’t say enough good things about our time here.

This was the perfect place to spend some well needed time with family! If I’m staying in Fajardo again, I’d definitely book again! Well worth the money I payed and the time we spent there! Many memories were made and for that I’m always going to be grateful!!

Bob is a terrific host, so responsive and attentive. His place was perfect for us. Walkable to beachfront restaurants and local beach. And, short 20 minute drives from some of the best beaches I have ever been on. The beach chairs and coolers really helped! Cannot say enough good things about Bob, his place, and Esperanza and Vieques!

This home was great. Very clean, amazing views and fairly secluded made it very peaceful. The views from the rooftop and deck were beautiful. And Ron the caretaker was great, he provided us with many recommendations and was extremely responsive for check in/check out information. Overall, great stay

Amazing view. Constant sea breeze. Could easily sit in the balcony all day. Host allowed early check in. The place was clean. Would stay again.

Paradise Cove Suites is exactly as described - sitting right in front of Playa Bastimento in a quiet residential area. A great steep road across the street to start off morning runs with epic 360 views. The beach out front has a great pool created by a reef barrier. Locals will come in and set up especially on the weekend but were always quiet and left by sundown. A great location. The house is built solid & we never heard the guests downstairs (we checked with them to make sure they couldn't hear us ~ and they couldn't). The onsite laundry was a huge plus. One of the best Air BnB stays we’ve ever had! The pictures did not do this place justice - it was absolutely breathtaking. From the beginning the hosts and Barbara, the caretaker, were excellent communicators and very responsive. Our family had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this place for others to stay at.

I can’t say enough about this property! It’s a little slice of paradise. Even though it’s in a neighborhood it’s extremely private. The porches and pool area make you feel like you are at your own resort. The location is close to anything you might want to do in the east side of the island and Kevin provides a manual with excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities etc. We took advantage of so many but also used the well equipped kitchen and grills to eat in. The beach gear and towels were appreciated as were the washer/dryer. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Kevin was extremely responsive. Our family of 6 travelers, ages 13-74, had an awesome week!

we had a great stay at bennys place. the home was comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. the beds were comfy and the kitchen had pretty much everything needed the neighbors were also friendly. the host were great people and available to help in anything we would need. definitely recommend this olace. the town aldo had pretty much many well known restaurants and shopping stores. also house was waling distance to the beach . looking to return again soon and will be staying in this home. thank you benny!

We had a lovely stay at Casita Rita. Very comfortable for the 5 of us. Sleeping to the sound of the ocean and waking to beautiful views of the ocean on the porch were the best. Enjoyed walking a block to town for great food and having a quiet beach next door. Amenities provided were all we needed and gave a homey throwback beach house vibe. We enjoyed reading some of the selection on Caroline's shelf. Ido was always available for questions and suggestions for things to do. Hope we can visit again!

Jenny’s place was absolutely beautiful. The terrace was a great place to sit and enjoy the view. We had everything we needed and more. The host was very responsive of our needs and the location was perfect for our adventures. We will definitely recommend their place.

We had a fantastic stay at Vista Real! John’s listing was spot-on—beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of five adults. With all the amenities we needed, it truly felt like a home away from home. The plaza location was unbeatable, with grocery stores and great dining options right at our doorstep. Pura Vida, owned by Ivan, is a must-visit. Every restaurant in the plaza offers amazing food—you won’t be disappointed! The convenience of having so many options nearby made our stay effortless. Check-in was seamless, and John was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and truly a Superhost. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. Beyond the plaza, Vista Real is perfectly located for easy access to stunning beaches and plenty to explore nearby. Whether relaxing or adventuring, there’s something for everyone. What an amazing property and host. The first night there was a power outage on the entire property that caused the air conditioning fuse to fritz and it was very hot in the unit. Our host was so accommodating that they were willing to relocate us to another amazing penthouse unit. The next morning they fixed the issue and left a little gift for our inconvenience. I would recommend this property and will be back soon.

This is a perfect place to stay. It’s beautiful & has the BEST view, it’s close to restaurants, activities, & the beach. Love the bedroom that has 2 bunks. Great shower. Kitchen is well-supplied. Elevator is quick for it to be on the 23rd floor.
