Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Florida

David was very responsive! He was able to accommodate a bit of an earlier check in that my family appreciated as we landed earlier. The home was amazing with modern finishes with a great pool, fireplace, and grill that we used every day and night. Also, having a mini fridge outside and an ice machine made it fun to really embrace the evenings. There was plenty of towels and the bedrooms were set up very organized with plenty of linens. My daughters loved the bunk bed room and the games/toys that were in there. The landscaping is immaculate and really beautiful with butterflies flying around to add to the ambiance. We were able to get to a Publix and a Costco within 10-15 minutes as well. Very memorable trip with my family and parents.

Great place for our family to enjoy a peaceful weekend! The house was wonderful & stocked great. Our kids loved being about to kayak all day then jump in the pool. Close to a bunch of springs too! We will be back!!

Beautiful home. Amazing location. The host was extremely helpful and allowed early check-in to help surprise my guest for their birthday. She even ordered extra supplies for me that she thought I could use for my stay. I would recommend this listing to everyone and look forward to booking with her again.

We had a great time here. The view and beach are amazing. Just steps to the water and we saw dolphins every single day that we were there. Lots of pelicans flying by throughout the day as well! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for an awesome beach. There are so many beautiful shells to be found on the beach! We also found a couple shark teeth, which was very exciting! The Reef, Aunt Kate’s, and Caps are all extremely close, with the Reef being within walking distance. Both decks are amazing and really help keep you cool and out of the sun. The house has a ton of beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs to use on the beach. Tons of lizards outside, which we thought was cool. We did see a few cockroaches in the house and had a run in with a Huntsman spider, but in no way did it impact our stay and it was to be expected. It is Florida after all! The house was very clean and we loved our stay here!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and perfect for our vacation. There were six of us, and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was a huge plus. The property is fully equipped with all the amenities and kitchen utensils you might need to feel right at home. It’s located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood and is conveniently close to Epperson Lagoon. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely love to return in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the pool it was the perfect way to cool off in the Florida heat! Ben was a super responsive host and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We loved it here. Plenty of room for the whole family and then some. Location is great, quiet and peaceful. Not too far from Tallahassee, but far enough for a much needed rest and relaxation.

Really beautiful memorable stay

This condo was charming, clean, and just the right size for a comfortable stay. The keyless entry system was super convenient. Perfectly located right across from beach access and within walking distance to numerous restaurants. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again.

This was, by far, the most amazing Airbnb experience I have had! There was frequent communication with the host, the room was spotless, beautiful, decor, and it’s right on the beach. I will definitely be returning there when I’m ready to go back to the beach!

It was very clean and check in an out was super easy and Alma and Michael checked in multiple times to make sure we didn’t have any problems with anything. Overall great place to stay.

Te’s little getaway is priceless. She was so kind, & it showed in every detail of her place. She provided a neatly curated place full of unique and cool decor. The place was an experience in itself. There was even breakfast and some drinks in the fridge for us. I also thought it was sooo cool that there’s a shark tooth shifter to use! Location was awesome, a little hideaway that’s a perfect distance and very accessible to the beaches & town. Genuinely can’t say enough good things about it. My favorite BNB I’ve ever stayed at! This was our 2nd stay at Mary's for my BF's bday. He got sick the day we got there & stayed sick the entire 5 days... Needless to say, it wasn't the vaca we had been looking forward to! But Mary was very gracious in allowing us to ck in a bit early, since we arrived earlier than planned, as well as ck out a bit late bc I had to do all the packing/loading alone. Hopefully we will be able to afford a shorter "re-do vaca" soon! Casa del Scotty is a quaint & comfy jumping-off point to explore The Forgotten Coast! And all the neighbors are dog-friendly, making traveling with your pups less stressful!! A co-worker of mine that is retiring, is looking to book it soon bc of my recommendation. She loves to fish 😊

Absolutely incredible stay. Beautiful home with every amenity needed. Very kid-friendly with many games, activities and pool toys. Was fun to see huge iguanas by the canal. We enjoyed cooking outside by the pool and watching the sunsets over the canal. Loved the home so much we didn't want to leave! Perfect family getaway and close to Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. Would love to return.

Wow! What a house! It’s just breath taking, and looks exactly like the photos (actually it was more spacious than the impression I got from the photos). Spending an evening lounging between the pool and the hot tub, watching the sunset with music softly floating in the air; it is everything I never knew I needed. For future renters - Kitchen was very well appointed and had everything we needed, our master bathroom was luxurious, and the outdoor kitchen (with pool-adjacent fridge) was an unexpectedly convenient feature. The house has a built in SONOS system so you don’t need to bring a speaker unless you’re going to the beach. There’s heaps of pool toys and beach stuff in the garage, and plenty of pool towels. The neighborhood was friendly and peaceful, and it was an easy drive to stores and food. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here, and we will definitely stay again. Thanks!

This is a beautiful three-bedroom three-bath home. The outdoor area features a crystal-clear pool, comfortable lounge chairs, an outdoor kitchen, and a grill. Inside the kitchen is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. It is very accessible to many great restaurants in Cape Coral and takes 15 minutes to downtown Fort Myers if you are on business. We will always make this our top choice when traveling to Fort Myers.

This is a wonderful and beautiful house. We had a wonderful time. We love visiting the area (Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva). Vincent and his team were always ready to help us from the very beginning. Nothing is impossible for this team; they are very professional. We recommend it.

The perfect Palm Beach rental: This street is quiet and private, but a very central location - just off the bridge of Palm Beach island, and just off a ton of WPB retail, we were thrilled with the accessibility of this home. We also loved how clean it was, yet very unique historic charm to this home, with designer furnishings and finishings. Beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable and sheets were soft (so rare for an Airbnb!) After a lot of research and comparing, I am so happy we chose this home for our trip. Jonathan was fantastic, friendly, and communicative.

Gorgeous House. Pristine condition. Beautiful. Comfortable. Pictures are accurate. Great place for a family get together. Awesome kitchen. Kids loved the pool. The pool toys/accessories and outdoor TV screens make the outdoor space perfect for everyone. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.
