Flynn's Beach House Walk to the beach🐶🎣🏖🍽🏄‍♀️

Comfortable 3 bedroom house adjacent to the Port Mac. Nature Reserve 400m from the popular Flynns beach, 600m to the Koala Hospital. Fully equipped kitchen with a large living area and separate dining. Close to eateries, bottle shop, Chemist etc. 10min walk to the nearest club and 15min walk to the CBD. It is an older style home built in around the 1940'-50's. However it is loved and the renovated kitchen, large living areas and location makes up for what it may lack in style. And pet friendly!

Bring the whole family for a relaxing fun filled holiday. A large, fenced, private backyard is ideal for children and dogs to run around. Our refurbished beach house is perfectly positioned on Port Macquarie's 9km coastal path. Walk 5-7 minutes north on the coastal path to enjoy a swim and breakfast at Town Beach. Walk 5-7 minutes south along the coastal path for a swim and delicious food at Flynn's Beach. Further south is the leash free dog beach at Nobby's. Walk into the CBD in 20 minutes.

Our home is a unique 100 year old historic timber residence which has been renovated and restored with 2.5 modern bathrooms and kitchen. We have 3 queen size bedrooms, 2 single beds and a cot. Seven minutes walk to the beach, pub, and country club. Three bedrooms, sleeps six. Dogs very welcome - outdoor shower downstairs, toys on the deck, clearing nearby for a run. Crescent Head. One of the great longboard breaks on the east coast. Small town, no fuss.
