Spacious 3-room apartment in quiet neighborhood

The light and friendly 3 room self-catering apartment is located on the attic floor of a house right next to the municipal wood of the city of Wyk. Moreover, the house is located offside the road in a quiet vicinity. Nevertheless, it is just an easy walk to downtown, to the beach or to a children’s playground within a few minutes. Several restaurants with Greek, Chinese and German cuisine are close by, as are the public (sea water) indoor swimming pool and shops for everyday commodities.

On 20 square meters of the bright attic holiday apartment, a wellness oasis has been created in which up to 2 people can leave everyday life behind. From 2-burner induction hob with extractor hood and microwave to coffee maker, kettle to toaster, everything is available to serve breakfast, lunch or dinner in the dining area of the living room bedroom. Enjoy the time in the morning in the spacious bath with shower, toilet and hair dryer. The apartment with noble solid wood parquet.

VACATION FROM ME Tinnum is centrally located in the middle of the island and Sylt can be easily explored from here by the ladies' bike, which is inclusive PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN NEEDED COVERS AND TOWELS. THESE ARE NOT INCLUSIVE AND OUT OF STOCK. You pay your tourist tax directly to the host and receive a spa and beach use card as a receipt. Every guest is subject to tourist tax. The tourist tax will be paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt.

The courtyard is the ideal starting point for excursions to the surrounding islands and Halligen, the Charlottenhof and the Nolde Museum. It is only 8 km to the Danish border. Bright, cozy apartment in the heart of Wyk

Our apartment is located in the center of Wyk. It's just 200 meters to the beach. Cafes and restaurants are also very close. The apartment has a combined living/dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom with tub. shower, a balcony, as well as a parking space in front of the house. The bikes can be parked behind the house. The rental price does not include a linen package (bed linens and towels). This can be booked later for €20 per person.

Nordstrandnixe on land - 150 meters to the sea

In a dream location - 150 meters from the most beautiful Nordstrand beach Fuhlehörn - is the enchanting Nordstrand Mermaid House with two apartments. This small 40 sqm apartment on the ground floor is ideally suited for two people. On request, three people can stay here. The third person can sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this sea-like apartment is the Nordstrandnixe über Land.

The children can romp outside in the garden or go to the weather-protected Strohburg in bad weather. Greenland on Föhr

Hello! We offer our cuddly reed house half. The house has 37 sqm at the bottom, 28 sqm at the top, so a total of about 65 sqm. It is written in Boldixum on Föhr. This is a part of Wyk. Since it is still used privately by us, it does not have one thing: the efficient, smooth charm of a holiday home. Where the wild roses grow, that's where we live.
