Everything was taken care of in the smallest of details The staff was super helpful, they recommended great restaurants and gave us some gems on the things to visit. Very clean room with attention to every detail, fantastic breakfast, all made at home, absolutely try ricotta cake and lemon, biscuits with almonds and wine taralli but also the other things are very good. Very convenient location, free parking on the property. We hope to be able to come back more calmly.

I had a wonderful time with Eva. If you are looking for a break from everyday life and finally want to really relax again, you have come to the right place. Eva's delicious breakfast with a view of the surrounding untouched nature provides the perfect start to the day. Eva is not only a very loving and attentive host, I also learned a lot from her. Walking through the surrounding nature, she showed me how wild asparagus grows and I also saw wild orchids there for the first time. I spent most of the time in the workshop at the lathe, and Eva is an excellent teacher there, too. I enjoyed the time very much and would come back anytime!

I loved my stay with Paola in their BnB. The room was huge, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very filling with delicious food. The hospitality show by Paola and her husband was excellent, and I felt very well looked after and safe as a solo female traveller. The BnB is located a very short walking distance from the main centre of the historic part of Spello, and there were a number of great restaurants and lots of excellent shopping with small boutiques with local makers. I’m very grateful for my stay!

Annelie's place was indescribably beautiful! The whole experience was incredible. Annelie really cares and takes care of her guests to make sure you have the most comfortable, enjoyable trip. The place has the most amazing view, and is super cozy. The towns nearby have lots to offer. And the churches and hikes nearby are amazing. A great way to get lost for a few days and enjoy the peace. This one is definitely for the books!

This was by far the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in my life. It is even more beautiful than the pictures! Loretta and her family are so kind and welcoming. The room was exactly as described and was made up beautifully upon our arrival. Every space was immaculately clean as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook ourselves daily meals and Loretta had cold drinks in the fridge waiting for us. It is secluded enough to live out your fantasy of staying in a villa on the Italian countryside but still close enough to town for all your needs such as groceries or gas. It was also just a short drive to Perugia and Lake Trasimeno where we enjoyed some kayaking. Although we found ourselves not wanting to leave ver much because this place felt like something straight out of a movie. Cooking our meals with the view of the countryside was breathtaking. Highly recommend staying here and we would love to make it back there someday.

Onno is a real host. Reception with limoncello. Great. The accommodation is located in the middle of the old town center of Deruta. Good amenities, fine for each other.

We stayed here on the Camino dei Borghi Silenti. Excellent breakfast served impeccably and, at our request, in advance of almost an hour than the normal time of the property.

The Farmhouse was wonderful! It was exactly as described and even better! The pool is clean and refreshing and the room was spacious and very comfortable. The Farmhouse attracts nice people who work there and visit there. It is comfortable for relaxing or for touring. I would highly recommend this place and I'm looking forward to returning!

We, a family of five, enjoyed staying at Monte Vibbiano Vecchio very much. We were personally welcomed in a friendly and hospitable manner. The rooms are spacious and stylishly decorated, much seems original to the house, like the beautiful wall paintings. The host was very helpful for example with booking tables at the local restaurants.

Good afternoon. We stayed a couple of nights at the property and we have to say that everything went really well. From the room impeccably furnished to breakfast with really good local products, then passing through the centrality of the house and, finally for the beauty of the village: everything is very charming. From the first moment you set foot in the castle, it seems that time has stopped a few centuries ago. What can I say about the managers of the structure, they are really friendly people who will do everything to make you breathe the authentic Umbrian air and make you feel at home. We hope to be back soon.

The stay at Alvaro's house will be unforgettable, as well as for the excellent location to visit many cities, for the beautiful house, for the peace and tranquility that you can breathe in this place, it will be unforgettable for the extraordinary hospitality of Alvaro and his wife who seem like two old friends. They open the doors of their home and their hearts, two extremely generous and friendly people. We only stayed two nights, but I wouldn't have left. The pool is fantastic and can be used at any time of the day or night, breakfast is served in the garden and by booking you can also take cooking classes. Alvaro will do everything to make sure you don't miss anything, he also runs a restaurant that was closed for Ferragosto during my stay but that will be a great excuse to come back. I'm really glad I discovered this place. Don't be fooled by the photos, everything is absolutely better than it seems!! See you soon. ♥️
