I designed and built this place with passion. This space, designed with noble and ecological materials, is intended to welcome friends and travelers in search of serenity and relaxation. This workshop allows me, when not rented, to practice artistic and creative activities. Independent and elegant, it is classified as a 3-star tourist residence. An adjoining 50 m2 garden facing the vineyards of the Chalonnaise coast is available for the exclusive use of guests. The 30 m2 studio is bright.

Stunning 18th century vineyard house, fully renovated, mixing traditional and modern ( 3 bedrooms). Detached house located in a 1 hectare park with a swimmingpool connected to the owner's house. Fontaines, a charming village with its foutains and old stones, well known for its numerous wash houses, will make you fall in love with Burgundy and its cultural richness ! Near famous tourist spots of Beaune, Dijon, Cluny, Autun, Chalon sur Saône, La route des vins (wine and vineyards trailer).

An authentic mansion near Beaune

A large authentic style manor, located between the vineyards of Beaune and those of the “Côte Chalonnaise”, spacious enough to welcome your family or friends and discover the great wines, gastronomy and charm of Burgundy and its villages. This old vineyard house with a lot of character can easily accommodate up to 14 people. There is a heated pool with large terraces that offers lovely views accross the park. The pool is equipped with a safety cover and an outdoor pool shower.

Winegrower's house, renovated in 2021, in the heart of the wine village of Givry, located on the Côte Chalonnaise Wine Route. 80 m2 cottage with shared inner courtyard where garden furniture, access to the barbecue, ping-pong table, as well as the heated pool (May to October depending on weather) are at your disposal Sleeps 4. Fully equipped kitchen, TV lounge and 2 bedrooms, 1 with bathroom. All amenities and activities (biking, tasting, etc.) nearby

On the outskirts of the Maranges Valley, on the road to Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay, this charming little comfortable cottage with mezzanine and wood-burning stove overlooks the gardens of the vineyard-lined property. A small swimming pool with stunning views of the valley is available to visitors. Not suitable for children under 12.
