The Wind Mill

Beautifully located in hills overlooking the Atlantic Ocean sits the Marinhas windmill. The windmill dates from the year 1758 and was built in the traditional northern Portuguese style with circular walls, two floors, an entrance on the grown floor and two windows on the upper floor. It is classified as a municipal heritage building. The mill is 130 meters above sea level thus providing a breathtaking view over the towns and ocean and a unique retreat for the more adventurous guest.

Esposende é uma pequena cidade com rio, mar, montanhas e pinhal. Caminhadas à beira rio com lugares fantásticos para comer peixe fresco e marisco. Uma cidade de pescadores, peixe e marisco sempre frescos.

This is a unique space, with stunning views of the waterfall and surrounding nature. Ideal for a weekend of adventure! Come prepared for poor cellular network and slow Wi-Fi, as the location is isolated. On the other hand, the sound of nature takes on a fantastic dimension, with the river water and birds surrounding us completely. Access is made (in the last 500 meters) by land and it is necessary to pay attention to the directions we provide so that you do not get lost.

Casa Aurora

Our guest house is separate, with privacy & all comforts in the Quinta Viana, a fenced 1.2 hectare site with 4 parking spaces for campers in the valley of the river Cávado. Here it is wonderfully peaceful & surrounded by fragrant eucalyptus forest. A saltwater pool is available for refreshing baths for our guests. The flower-rich surroundings offer our guests space to linger. The Atlantic coast is (12 minutes) away with many beaches & restaurant.

Fisherman House 30 steps from sea

This tiny house, was a fisherman typical warehouse and is located in the last fisherman neighborhood, and still today resist to empire state dealers! It's turned back to the sea, but still close to it, so close that in strong winter sea comes to the door :). Approximately 50 meters from the beach, You'll find yourself in the middle of fisherman boats traffic and right in the center of the first hand fish sale. And sea lovers of course :)
