Adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom with hot water. You have your own kitchen equipped with a kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, oven, and refrigerator. The apartment boasts a generous outdoor area where you can enjoy sitting with a cup of coffee or another drink. Your private balcony offers both an outdoor table and seating. On the premises, there are four apartments, a spacious swimming pool, a palapa (thatched-roof structure), an outdoor shower, and a parking space per apartment. Two of the apartments overlook the pool and palapa, while the other two have views of the hills. Due to the layout of the property, you'll enjoy a great deal of privacy. The Casa Amandus vacation home was completed in October 2018 and is located in the Fontein villa park. It has three bedrooms with air conditioning and fans, two bathrooms, a spacious terrace with a cozy lounge corner and dining area, a large living area with an open kitchen, a pool, an outdoor shower, a palapa, Wi-Fi and much more. The kitchen includes an induction stove, oven, fridge/freezer with ice cube and water dispenser and a dishwasher.
