Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. The contact with Christelle was very friendly and pleasant from the beginning. The apartment is beautiful, I walked a lot with enthusiasm and enjoyed the area, it was especially nice to walk to the city center of Saint-Germain-en-Laye. A beautiful art market, decorated with love for detail, small shops and cafés make the place very charming and beautiful. The apartment was renovated with a lot of effort, very nice and I felt right at home. Thank you, dear Christelle, for everything! Especially the beautiful view of the garden and the lots of greenery were a treat! A great apartment, a beautiful location and a very nice, helpful landlady - highly recommended! A very good weekend spent in this small cottage, quiet and very clean, really super nice, thank you to Nicolas and Anne Sophie who were very accommodating and pleasant! We'll be happy to go back!

The house is exceptional and the host is just as exceptional. Everything was perfect, down to the smallest details and attentions. It was even better than anything I could see/imagine. The host is lovely and gave us a great welcome. I can only recommend this place and I will definitely come back!

3-night stay for 6 people with friends, perfect house for our group: spacious, very well-equipped, modern, connected and very well-decorated. We loved the movie theater, the jacuzzi, and the garden to enjoy the outdoor space. Quiet, pleasant place, everything was there, especially the rain shower in the master suite, a real plus! A teleworking space that has been useful to us. Responsive and very accommodating concierge for the departure. No complaints, great stay! Thank you

Christine’s place is in a perfect location—just a short walk to the Palace of Versailles and surrounded by many great restaurants. The apartment itself was wonderful: spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished (with some antiques). The beds were very comfortable, the linens were crisp and fresh, and the whole space felt like home from the moment we arrived. It’s in a quiet area, yet close to everything. The shower was excellent, and we really appreciated having an elevator in the building, especially with our luggage. Parking our rental car in the nearby covered garage was a big plus. Christine’s daughter, Caroline, greeted us and was absolutely lovely—prompt, welcoming, and full of helpful information. We visited Versailles during the day and returned for the fountain and fireworks show at night. Both times we walked and felt very safe. I highly recommend Christine’s place Tip: Don’t miss the crepes at Crêperie des 2 Portes and Aux Merveilleux de Fred.

This is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Paris! It's a cozy apartment with a really comfortable bed and a charming balcony. Plus, having your own parking spot in the garage is a huge bonus. And it's all relatively close to the city center, just about a 20-minute drive away.

We had a great time at David's place! The space was perfectly in line with our expectations: clean, quiet, and a great location. The hosting was warm, thoughtful and very professional. Really peaceful and beautiful place to stay not too far from Paris. Perfect for a couple. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay and the neighbourhood and surroundings are really peaceful and felt very safe. Free parking was a bonus. Only downside is the slightly long walk on the way back from the station after walking around all day in Paris but you could always get a taxi as it isn't too far. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Very good accommodation, with a really good location whether it is for accessibility by car or public transport. Very responsive, available and accommodating hosts! It's very appreciable. A little hot at night (but we were there on days over 33 degrees and hot nights too) fortunately a fan was available in the accommodation which served us well!

Everything was perfect at Franck's. The place, the location… We came to see a match at Roland Garros and it was ideal. Our host was kind enough to wait until 1 a.m. to welcome us since we had worked all day and had come from Strasbourg. He is incredibly kind! I would recommned this property. And I'll keep the contact details safe for a future visit!
