Wonderful stay – like a home away from home We felt incredibly comfortable with Pia from the first moment! Your warmth and openness made our stay something very special. With her great tips on excursions, restaurants and hidden highlights of the region, she gave us real insider recommendations that enriched our vacation. You can just tell that Pia is a host with heart and soul - her lovingly furnished Airbnb radiates exactly this warmth. It was sparkling clean, cozy and equipped with everything you could wish for. We felt completely comfortable and welcome – like with good friends. We have already recommended Pia with full conviction and are already looking forward to seeing her again. The charming and characteristic apartment is located in a small hillside village and we were lucky enough to participate in the feast of the Patron Saint! In about 20 minutes you can reach the seaside resorts and in 1 hour the Gran Sasso Park. Try dinner at Ristorante Belvedere! Sonia is a kind and caring host and provided us with cold drinks and basic food, thank you!

Marialuisa was a fantastic host, kind, helpful and with a crazy energy that would have been enough to make the stay pleasant. The accommodation is very nice and is in a great location, it is furnished with great taste, equipped with every comfort and the cleanliness was impeccable. Marialuisa recommended several places to dine, but the best choice was to have her prepare dinner for us, as well as being an excellent host, she is above all a great cook. I'm already planning to return to Casa Azul soon

Everything was magnificent, for the two of us and our two dogs, it was like living a dream. Clean and comfortable environment, with all the necessary equipment. We didn't use the sauna, but there's that one too. And what about the garden? Spacious, comfortable, high fence, with barbecue, outdoor table and chairs, drinking fountains, deck chairs. In addition there is also another garden, always fenced, which can be accessed via a gate inside the property, with fruit trees (apples, pears, cherries, figs, walnuts, apricots). Magnificent view of the entire Gran Sasso. Hosts have always been helpful, kind, and proactive, with the utmost discretion. We hope to be back soon.

What an amazing place! You find yourself in a beautiful villa, surrounded by a well groomed garden with pond with lilies and jumping cute frogs. I stayed in the attic, but Felice and his brother and dad completely renovated and modernised the place. It’s very comfortable, you have your own kitchen with everything you need, huge bathroom and bedroom. And my car was parked on the property. Hosts are very friendly, respectful and respond to all inquiries. Will definitely come back! Thank you, Felice!

New apartment in a quiet location and surrounded by hills, ideal for a relaxing break. Just a 15-minute drive from the center of Teramo and an ideal starting point for trips to the surroundings. Hosts who are available and welcoming. We had a really good time, highly recommended.

A unique and overwhelming experience! Ideal for spending a day away from the city and in full contact with nature. The stilt house is a magical and enchanted place surrounded by greenery where you can observe the landscape of the forest. The interior of the structure is cared for in every detail, a mini SPA with a Japanese bath makes the stay romantic and pleasant. The owner Annalisa is super kind and helpful, ready to accommodate any request. The aperitif with cured meats and cheeses accompanied by their wine is truly out of this world! We were also able to eat the pizza from the property's wood-fired oven, which was very good! I would say it was a super experience and one to be repeated!
