Quiet and clean apartment with great shopping and restaurants nearby.

As stated in previous reviews, ideally located in the heart of Tuscany to crisscross each day to a different place. Parking in front of the house, there is not always space, there is another parking 200 meters away. I came 8 days at the end of December. When I arrived, it was 8 degrees in the apartment. The apartment should have been at a good temperature for my arrival. So first very cool evening... A welcome document and information on the functioning of the house, the management of the garbage cans, the surrounding sites... would be appreciated. No contact with owner. Lockbox and no welcome or intermediate message during the stay. The apartment is large, functional and has lots of charm. Excellent bedding. Quiet and very nice view of the Appennins.

We slept two nights in the suite. Our puppy was also traveling with us, as he is welcome at the property. Everything was very clean, perfectly equipped ( also microwave and whole two coffee makers, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer...). Breakfast was rich with lots of great fruit. The property is located just below a smaller church in a small village with idyllic views of the Tuscan landscape. In the late afternoon, we walked to the nearby village of Terricciolo and walked along the beautiful paths between the fields and had an authentic Tuscan idyll experience. Great locations and would recommend a visit!

AMAZING stay. More beautiful than the photos. Spotless. 5 min drive to Siena. View of the wine country. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

We were delighted with the accommodation, the beautiful town of Peccioli (!!!) and the great Tuscan surroundings! The accommodation is great and nothing is missing... the beds are cozy, the decor is very nice and in the beautiful grotto we relaxed after eventful days. The location of the accommodation is great... Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Lucca... all easily accessible within an hour by car! ...and we only met Alessandra briefly on arrival, but that was very nice and everything uncomplicated! Definitely a full five stars and a clear recommendation!!! This is how Tuscany works 👍

We felt very comfortable at the place. In the town of Chianni, there are cafes, restaurants and small grocery stores for daily needs. The area is quiet and a good starting point for tours to Volterra or San Gimignano. The contact with Maya was friendly and uncomplicated. We can recommend the property.

We had a great time at Sara’s place, she welcomed us in with some eggs from the hens that they keep in the garden. There’s lots of attractions for kids, like chickens, 2 donkeys and some furry friends, a playground that my daughter really enjoyed playing in and balls and toys. The apartment is beautiful, the grounds are so peaceful and the view is spectacular. There’s quite a bit to do within 30 minutes drive. I wish we could stay longer. I’d like to visit again in the summer 😍

Francesca was an incredible host who supplied us with some great tips on local places to visit and eat at. Her welcome with some snacks and drinks were above and beyond expectation. The accommodation was excellent, and also nice to be able to use the washing machine. Will definitely recommend to friends and family, and would rebook if we return to the area.

Very kind and helpful host. We were able to self check-in to the apartment because our flight was delayed, but Lorella still waited for us to greet us and show us around. We didn’t really use the kitchen apart from making coffee in the morning, but it was fully equipped. I don’t think the advert mentions that there is an iron and ironing board, which was very useful to us! The location of the property is excellent if you’re planning to drive around the Tuscany region. The car park is only a 2-minute walk away, and you’ll always find a spot. The village itself is very beautiful—set on a hill—and the sunset from the car park area is amazing. Highly recommended!

Great apartment, very spacious with a great terrace and everything one needs. Everything worked and really enjoyed the place. The beds were comfortable and the decore was very nice. Luca was very attentive and caring via message.

This place is what I imagined when I close my eyes and think of Tuscany. The view from the bedroom is amazing and the apartment is adorable. There is AC but we didn’t end up needing it since the windows let in such a glorious breeze. The kitchen was well equipped, we were just missing paper towels. The pool was great with a fantastic view although it would have been helpful to have access to pool towels. The location is great and about a 15 minute drive into San Gimignano so you probably need a car. It was also a quick drive to supermarkets and nearby wineries which we loved. Berta was really helpful during check-in and provided us with recommendations in the area.

I was at Gigliola's for the second time and everything was perfect this time too. I would like to especially highlight the friendly and kind nature of Gigliola and her family. I miss Sara, the family's German shepherd, very much. Despite my limited Italian language skills, the communication worked wonderfully. I didn't cook, but the kitchen is fully equipped with everything. All rooms and the bathroom were very, very clean. Of course, I will book my stay here again next year. The location is very quiet and recommended for relaxing. The sights are easily accessible by car. Restaurants nearby. What more could you ask for? I can only say THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING - IT WAS WONDERFUL WITH YOU

Had a great stay. Everything was neatly clean and the apartment was quietly located. We had rented a car and this is also recommended here. Location was central so Florance, Lucca , Pisa were easy to reach by car. Host made a reservation for us at a restaurant for the first night because we arrived later than expected.

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

Superb spot close to river. Bed is confortable. Yes, stairs could be a challenge for some only it is clearly stated. At the end of the day, it’s alright!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Very nice apartment, nicely decorated with a very large terrace with jacuzzi and possibility to sit in shade. Great for cooling off after day trips. It was a wonderful place to stay. Baker, vegetable shops and a few small supermarkets nearby and old center of Lucca within walking distance. Nice shower and good bed. Great air conditioning. Free parking a few hundred meters away and also possible in front of the door for a fee.

This property is beautiful, clean, convenient, full of modern amenities, and within walking distance of everything a tourist wants to see in Florence. It is nearly perfect in every way. The view of the Ponte Vecchio Bridge is world class. One note: it advertises that it has a hot tub, but it does not.

We loved staying here and had the most fantastic time. They were super helpful and responsive to everything and we can’t wait to go back.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
