This space is a 1 bed, 1 bath with much of its original character preserved! Located in the heart of bustling Midtown just one block from 20+ bars and restaurants, DMC, Shinola and way more! The space is designed with leisure stays in mind but also capable of accommodating business travelers comfortably. Just opened in 2023, Coffee + Cocktails downstairs! Open: 8AM-11PM!

The Pingree of Piety Hill w/Playroom & Parking

Come stay with us at this preserved 1912 home, furnished with Detroit-honored art & literature throughout, and enriched with craftsman character & contemporary charm. Found in the peaceful Piety Hill neighborhood...so unfortunately we do not allow gatherings of more than 15 people :) You will have full access to the entire 1st floor and basement level of this multi-family home (we, the owners live on the 2nd floor). Three bedrooms can sleep up to 3 couples, or separately host three individuals.

Alexandrine Studio Midtown: Walk to the DIA

Historic carriage house with gated parking & patio

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You'll have a private space in a detached historic carriage house, sharing a yard with the host. We have a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, bocce court, and outdoor living room (summer). We have a dog that has yard access. Private, secured parking is available for 1 car. Families are welcome, as are pets. We recommend families 3+ contact us before booking to ensure the space will work for you.

Sky Carriage House: Light, Bright, Corktown Escape

You'll be staying in our newly constructed carriage house at the back of our property in the heart of Corktown - Detroit's oldest historic neighborhood. This private dwelling is accessed from the back alley entrance and offers high ceilings and a panoramic view of downtown and the surrounding neighborhood. The unit features 1 bedroom/1 bath, living, dining, laundry and a full kitchen. In warmer months a small cafe seating area is situated on the spanish rock drive along the green alley.

The Lavender House

Come relax at the Lavender House's upper flat! The space is overflowing with old world charm, hardwood floors, stained glass, and a large balcony facing downtown Detroit. The house was built in 1900. It is nestled next to an ambling flower garden and wooded area, with ample space for outdoor hangs. There is a fire pit and playscape for the little ones. We are just 2 miles from downtown so you can enjoy what the city has to offer, then unwind in this lovely urban countryside.

Private Studio Near Downtown & Wayne State

This listing is for a private, lower-level, studio apartment. It has its own entrance, living area, kitchenette (hot plate, microwave, kettle, fridge, sink) and bathroom. There is a full-sized bed, sofa and wardrobe. Please note there is no TV. It is spacious, at around 650 sq ft, newly renovated and furnished with unique and hand-built features. The apartment is located in Woodbridge, a residential, quiet and safe neighborhood, about 1.5 miles from Downtown/Midtown.

This elegant, light, compact studio is 3 blocks from Ford’s new MI Central Station and Corktown, and a mile from Downtown, Midtown, arenas, and casinos (an easy ride on our complimentary bikes).
