Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Forest City

Had a great stay at Ahmads place, place was very spacious and clean and he supplied more than the usual one 1 roll of toilet paper, or 1 garbage bag and multiple towels and blankets and pillows. He really thinks ahead or goes by what he would want if he was renting. the outside is very deceiving, the inside is wonderful, airy, spacious l, and well decorated. our pup LOVED the fully fenced in yard and all of the space. the local squirrels kept her on her toes as the scampered amongst the trees. Across the street is a lovely little park, the has cranes, who also had their babies with them, it was very cute to watch them. Will look to rent again.

Jose’s place is well care for and host makes sure you have everything you need for your stay to be a memorable one . If you are in the area , do not hesitate to stay at this location !

Leah was a great host and very responsive. The house was great for me and my family while traveling for work. Awesome location in great neighborhood. I felt safe for my family while at work during the day. The pool area was great and the accommodations were suitable for our family. My 3 children had a blast and they had enough room to space out when necessary. Thanks Leah again for our stay and being a great host.

Heidy’s house was wonderful! Very clean and well stocked. The pool and backyard were very peaceful, we spent a lot of our time out on the patio. The master king bed was super comfortable! Heidy left us some cold water in the fridge which was needed upon arrival, June is very hot in Florida! Would 100 percent recommend!

Loved the place. Equipped with everything you may need from pots and pan to fully loaded coffee bar! If/ when I go back to the area, I will definitely be staying there again. Thank you again for opening your home to us.

We stayed here after a 8 night cruise from Port Canaveral. We had my senior parents with us and Jameson allowed us to check in a couple hrs early because they were exhausted from the busy early morning disembarkation. This was a perfect location..not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle but close enough to main attractions..like space center and Disney/Universal. We also had groceries delivered which was awesome to us country folks that live in the middle of nowhere and don't have access to these services at home 😅 The pool was very refreshing and was a hit for all 5 of us. We will def be back for any Orlando/Port Canaveral area vacations! Would recommend to anyone that have low mobility parents. The home has a nice and open floorplan for walkers or scooters and also has a nice step in shower that I felt was very safe for them to navigate.

This three bedroom two bath home is ideal for a nice peaceful stay! The entire house is beautiful with a new updated kitchen and bathrooms. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was very nice, stylish, and clean! My husband and I worked from this location, and the WiFi was perfect for our video conferences. The house is dog-friendly as well, and the backyard is perfect for your dogs.

We were in town for my sons baseball tournament and this place was perfect. It was in a very convenient location, close to many things, and only 35 minutes from Disney springs. We appreciate that animals were allowed and that it was easy to walk a dog through the neighborhood.

The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

Alexander is an A+++ host. He cares and it shows that he takes pride in his rental. The place is super clean. super private and quiet. Just a stones throw from beautiful downtown too. 5 stars 👍

Great host, and Great vibes. the home is near what seems to be a strip mall like 2 minutes away walking distance. It has plenty of bars, and restaurants to choose from.

Liana’s place was amazing and the bed was so comfy. It was a nicely clean suite and was filled with supplies to help our stay feel comfortable and convenient. 17 mins away from disney springs and 8 mins away from Universal City Walk.

I had a wonderful stay in Clermont! I stayed here for a little solo getaway and it was exactly what I needed. Super peaceful, quiet, and the view was honestly so pretty. Everything was clean and comfy, and I just felt really relaxed the whole time. It was the perfect spot to take a breather. I would totally come back again!

Everything was lovely! My husband, daughter, and I stayed for my son’s graduation from UCF. It was so convenient and close to campus. Also, it was a peaceful retreat as described. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mike's place in Orlando! From the moment we booked, Mike was an exceptional host - incredibly communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. My family and I had a great stay at Larissa and Rosely’s place. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen and nicely updated decor. It was walkable to groceries, restaurants and shops. It was close to the pools which were great for cooling off and the onsite bar had full selection of drinks and great food options. We stayed for an event at the convention center and was a quick drive, but also walkable using the walking path. It was very convenient. Larissa and Rosely were very responsive to any questions I had and made us feel very welcomed during our stay.

Ryan's place was awesome! It was convenient to everything nearby as well as suited all of our needs. Ryan was a great host as he was quick to respond to anything we had questions about. I'd definitely stay here again! 10/10 for sure!!!!
