Loft à St Laurent

My home is located in a small village in the Champsaur Valley, close to the Parc des Ecrins, ski resorts and the St Julien lake. Gap is a 15-minute drive away and Lake Serre-Ponçon is 30 minutes away. Our house is an old renovated farmhouse surrounded by an enclosed garden that contains games for children (trampoline, swings...). You will appreciate the quiet of the neighborhood. All amenities (supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias...) are a 5-minute drive away.

Don't hesitate any longer, come and breathe the fresh air of our mountains, enjoy the calm of this nature and discover what this idyllic setting has in store for you for a night, a weekend, a week or more, in the heart of Champsaur! For this, Nath & Lionel present Au Studi'Ô, a charming ground floor studio, south facing with an area of 23 m2 located 3 km from the village of Saint-Bonnet, its shops and local producers.

Charming refurbished studio with beautiful modern amenities. Located in downtown Gap, close to all amenities: bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment. A secure and private underground parking space is available. A fully equipped and functional kitchen. (oven, stove, range hood, microwave, refrigerator). Tassimo coffee maker. The bedding is new (mattress and bed base) in 190 x 140 cm. Bed linen, towels, shampoos and shower gel are provided during the stay.

For your stay in the mountains, a functional studio on the ground floor of our house. Accommodating a couple or small family, it is a quiet and sunny place, conducive to relaxation. Ideally located for hiking or ski resort departures, swimming, farmers' markets, Golf Gap-Bayard 10 min away, cycling, etc. (Gap: 20 min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur: 7 min) Linens and towels extra: €5/bed (to be paid on site, not included in the price of the site).

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Shops 400 m away, city center 5 minutes away. Note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. We provide bed sheets but please remember to bring your towels.

It is located 150 m from the village square (shops, skating rink) and 200 m from the alpine ski slopes (departure of the chairlift, ESF ski lessons). Easy hiking and horseback riding, equine therapy center, La Havane de Buissard also welcomes riders and their horses. You will find all the local shops a five-minute drive to Saint Bonnet and can enjoy many sports activities as well as the beaches of the Champsaur lake.
