The Hay Barn

Luxuriously Rural Sensitively converted, the Hay Barn is a blend of traditional exposed beams and vaulted ceilings with luxurious modern furnishings, king size bed and amenities. We have expansive unspoilt National Trust Nature Reserve views and gardens, a lovely setting to relax and wake up to. Perfect for walking too. Spend the evening enjoying a BBQ or gazing into outdoor open fire. With free parking, we are ideally based for Crosby Beach, Formby Golf Courses, Aintree Races and Liverpool.

Victorian House - 2 Bedroom- close to coastline

The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

The award winning Formby beach is just a 20min walk. Formby is great for shopping and eating out with a variety of busy popular bars and restaurants that are well worth a visit. Two adults or a small family are very welcome. Hot Tub included in the price. Hot tub is automatically switched off at Midnight.

Bedroom with en suite ( double bed) leading to sun room with TV & fridge/ freezer Rail ( 5 min walk) & Bus ( 30 seconds walk) connections . Coffee & Sandwich bar 1 minute walk , Royal Birkdale / Hillside Golf courses 2 minute drive. Tea tray provided. Each room has a thermostatic radiator Ample parking space for large vehicle or several vehicles NB no cooking facilities.

Bright, self contained studio in beautiful quiet residential area, close to Hillside station (7 mins) and Royal Birkdale and Hillside Golf Clubs. Birkdale village, Ainsdale & Southport 2, 3 mins & 8 mins by train respectively. Walking distance to Hillside and Royal Birkdale golf courses, cycling distance to Ainsdale Birkdale and Southport with sand dunes, beach, marine lake, cafes, bars and eateries. Southport Flower show, the Open and Aintree are regular events we are perfectly situated for.

Cosy accommodation at farmhouse in Dalton, Parbold

The cosy guest suite includes a living room with TV, leather sofa and armchair, small dining table and 2 chairs. There is a compact kitchen area equipped with combination oven/microwave, hob, fridge and all essential crockery and cookware. The bedroom has an oak framed king size bed with matching bedside tables and is furnished with pine furniture, curtains and a blind. The shower room is spacious and is en suite to the bedroom. There is gas central heating and blinds to most of the windows.

Pretty annexe property nestled behind the main house. Very quiet location set within the garden space. Off road parking Semi rural location yet a 5 minute walk to the local convenience store. Beautiful Churchtown village only a 5 minute drive or 15 minutes walk away, with pubs, restaurants, & independent shops etc. Southport town centre and famous Lord Street a 15 minute drive. Close to many of Southport’s prestigious golf courses and yearly flower show. Great local cycling and walking.

The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

My refurbished family home now has a one bedroom apartment annex. We're on the main road into Formby but standing back from the road and close to many local amenities. This one bedroom apartment has a large double bedroom with kitchen/diner/lounge looking through bi-fold windows onto its own patio and our large family garden. It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.
