Social bathroom with blindex box and mirrors, dining room, office, pantry, kitchen with all household utensils, laundry area. We have a large terrace. Garage for 1 car. Excellent location, in the city center. We have fiber optic internet with 600 mb. The house is super quiet and peaceful for a good rest or Home office!

Stay in a very well-located space. If you're on business, we have fast Wi-Fi and a nice workspace. Casinha da Vovó is very close to the city center and Santa Casa, supermarket, produce market, bakeries, pharmacy, and is on the way to the new Forum. A cozy and familiar location, it has an external security camera.
