The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Podere Piazza ist ein Landgut, hat seinen Ursprung im 15. Jahrhundert, das Ferienhaus wurde Anfang 17. Jahrhundert erbaut. Podere Piazza war der Wohnsitz von Alessandro Cervini degli Spannocchi, der am 29 Mai 1747 zum Erzbischof von Siena ernannt wurde, er war ein Nobile di Montepulciano und Patrizier von Siena. Die Gebäude von Podere Piazza tragen noch heute sein Wappen. Somit erklärt sich auch unser Kirchlein, am Straßenabzweig, davor rechts zur Pinienallee und links in die Einfahrt.

The house sits in a protected oasis surrounded by a beautiful private park with olive trees, a pond, pine trees and woods, where you can walk, relax and enjoy the pleasures of unspoilt nature. A unique experience entirely to be enjoyed.

Nell’antico complesso rurale del Caggio, “Il vecchio noce” offre un appartamento interamente ristrutturato (recentemente, questo inverno passato 2025/26) che può ospitare da 2 a 4 persone. Il complesso è situato nel cuore della campagna toscana, sulla Montagnola senese, nei pressi del borgo medievale di Monteriggioni e del tracciato della Via Francigena. L’alloggio è denominato “granaio” del borgo essendo esposto a sud ed al piano terra.

Very nice small house in the countryside of Siena (just 3 km from the city and 5 km from the historic center), renovated and independent, obtained from an old barn with a large terrace - from which you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view -, garden and private parking space. Recently, the parking space was covered with a photovoltaic pergola. Quiet and reserved environment.
