The house is generously equipped to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, and an adjoining terrace that captures various positions of the sun during the day. Technical equipment includes satellite TV with German channels, Portuguese television, and Internet access. Additionally, there is a barbecue area available and firewood for the fireplace and heating can be obtained, ensuring cozy evenings. The surroundings of the Quinta offer numerous opportunities to experience the rich culture and nature of Portugal. The stunning natural park "Serra de Estrela," with its peaks reaching 2000m, is nearby and worth a visit even in winter. Moreover, the Quinta produces its own wine that guests can sample. Sports enthusiasts will find a sports facility in the village and can swim in the Rio Carapito. For guests arriving by train or plane, we are pleased to offer a pickup service. Casa Grande de Juncais - "Alambique" Studio

Construction attached to Solar Brasonado do sec. XVI, with Chapel,classified as a Property of Public Interest, belonging to the same family to this day. Former house attached to the BIG HOUSE (I announce BIG HOUSE OF JUNCAIS) transformed into small independent apartment, the Still has 1 bedroom with double bed, mezzanine with 2 single beds, 2 WC, living room, kitchenet and salamander and has capacity for 4 people. Guests will have access to the game room, billiards, ping pong, foosball, bicycles and swimming pool. Guests are provided with information on the places to visit, where to eat, which way to go... and someone from the House is always around for any support that may be needed. It is situated in the center of the village, constituting one of the sides of the main square, in an area of 5444 m2 of surface. Located in the Serra da Estrela just a few km from the Golden Penhas , in an area of Castles and Historical Villages, where you can take walks along marked trails, venture into the Paragliding ( in the neighboring Historic Village of Linhares) or refresh yourself on the river beaches of Mondego and Zêzere. In the region, the gastronomic offer maintains the authenticity of the old times, with dishes such as baby goats with minks, Carqueja rice, escabeche river fish and morcelas with grills, not forgetting rye bread, great olive oil and Dão wine.

The house is located in the village of Maceira located 11 km from Fornos de Algodres, 45 km from Guarda and Viseu, and within a radius of about 23 km of historic villages such as Linhares da Beira, Foz Côa, Trancoso, and very close to Serra da Estrela, and Vilar Formoso. The air that is breathed in this area is pure and there is a deep silence that only the mountain can offer us for rest. Local people are very hospitable. Maceira is high above offering fantastic views and a river beach 8km away.
