Cabin House

The Cabine house is one of the little houses that belongs to the property of the Leira da Cruz farm. This house is 70 m2 and is for five people and consists of a kitchen, common room and two bedrooms, one of them a suite, a terrace at the entrance of the house, a balcony over the parish valley from where you can see the Paiva River join the Douro River. From this balcony, we can see Ilha dos Amores and the movement of the river with the cruise ships that go to the Alto Douro. It is surrounded by mountains and vineyards.

The "Mirage of Douro" House is located in a privileged space, on a high ground with panoramic view over Douro river. It is the ideal place to disconnect from daily routine and reunite with nature, taking advantage of the river beach, the river and the forest that the region offers. The fundamental principles of the House are FREEDOM, CONNECTION WITH NATURE and DISCONNECTION OF TECHNOLOGY. Being the House isolated and integrated in a green land, it provides silence, relaxation and peace.

Refúgio do Grilo

House set in a rural area, surrounded by a magnificent landscape to enjoy the sunset. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with a kitchen, outdoor space with a barbecue, garden and leisure area. Just 3 km from Ilha dos Amores and Praia do Castelo, where you can enjoy water sports (kayaking/paddleboarding), cool off in the waters of the Douro, and take boat trips. Also close to the Paiva River, with some beaches and trails to explore. Maximum capacity allowed is 4 people.

You will be welcomed by the host Vitó who, being local and knowing the area, will help you discover the region's charms.
