Right in front of ruins a famous surf break in terrigal. Lake on one side and ocean on the other so fish, swim or paddle on either side. An entire 3 bedroom house sized guest suite, it is the lower level of a two storey house and has its own separate entrance & track to the beach ( a 3 minute walk down hill), or a 5 minute walk down the road. It is very private. Has 2 decks. It's not uncommon to see kookaburras, lorikeets, black cockatoos & whales as part of the landscape.
