The property was absolutely gorgeous despite having had a major storm hit only days prior. There was something for everyone. The view is beautiful and the house was perfect for our family! We made some incredible memories and would definitely come back again. Evie was responsive, helpful, and generous during our stay. We were sad to leave but grateful for our time spent at Flowery Branch!

Booked for a family retreat and overall we were pleased with the property and we really enjoyed our stay. The home is charming and very cozy. Well equipped with everything you need for a good time and plenty of space. I will say the hot tub and pool were big reasons that we booked, but the hot tub had no heater. And while the grounds outside are beautiful, there’s no shortage of moths, frogs, and mosquitos. Never seen so many moths. Literally hundreds waiting at the back door. I’m from Georgia suburbs so I’m no stranger to nature. Overall, I would recommend a friend to book the place!

The home was everything that was advertised. Kids had fun in the pool. Had nearby family for barbecue. Location was perfect for the Buford Highschool graduation and Lake Lanier party and of course the mall.

Kia was absolutely amazing and so accommodating! Due to circumstances we ended up staying quite a bit longer than we had anticipated but she was very pro active, checking in every so often to make sure we didn't need anything. She made us feel right at home and it was perfect for what we were looking for at the time. Top Notch Service! I would give her way more than 5 stars!

We absolutely loved this property and enjoyed every minute of our stay at Angel Cove! It is the best-equipped place we have ever stayed and feels more like a home than a rental property. The place is exactly like the pictures (actually even better) Nothing at all is lacking - an abundance of small kitchen appliances, top of the line washer/dryer. I especially appreciated 1) the good shower pressure and hot water 2) good internet speed if you need to work 3) TV in the master and upstairs 4) plenty of room to spread out in. I have to mention the peacefulness and beauty of the surroundings, we slept soundly every night. It's a beautiful neighborhood for morning and evening walks. We were a family of 5 and enjoyed the spaciousness and loved the recliners in the living room! We were so lucky to find this property and we booked our next stay before we even checked out. Anthony is super responsive as all the other reviewers have commented. Awesome, awesome stay! Thank you!!!

We just stayed here for a wedding close by and it was close by the lake where our friends were staying so it was convenient for us. Small and quaint and just what we needed to lay our heads at night. Everything is as mentioned and we would definitely stay again if in the area.

Airbnb is minutes from the heart of downtown Sugarhill so there’s lots to do! The driveway can fit 4 cars max and there isn’t street parking so be mindful of that.

This place was so luxurious! The master bathroom was a retreat in itself. And the kitchen was absolutely stunning! My family went to celebrate a 40th birthday and comfortably fit our whole group. The kitchen had all amenities. A coffee pot for a home that sleeps 13 would have been more helpful than a single cup keurig, but we brought our own. So many activities in the basement!! You'd never even need to leave, although the lake is wonderful! We cooked all meals in home during our 5 night stay-a grill would have been nice, but there was a griddle on the stove top we used instead. We used the dishwasher the first night and woke up to an error code. I alerted the host and was told that because it was a holiday weekend, it may be hard to find someone to fix it so we ended up hand washing all dishes the whole stay. There was also no place to store clothes in the bunk bed room, which sleeps 5. I had 4 kiddos in there and it got very crowded with bags and clothes on the floor.

A fabulous stay with every imaginable amenity imaginable! I highly recommend staying with Cleves for the immaculate accommodations, ease of communication, and wonderful sense of humor. There aren’t enough good throngs to say about this home. You won’t be disappointed!

The location was convenient and safe, and the house had everything I needed. The neighborhood was peaceful and great for walking my dogs. Daniella was an excellent host, and I didn't encounter any issues during my stay.

Its just like the photos! We were on a girls trip since one of us is getting married in a month! Everything was AMAZING! We had everything we needed. Check in and out was simple. Lots of things to do. Great host. We appreciate you letting us stay here. I recommend it 100%.

This is actually my first BnB review, which is my way of saying it was worth the review. I have absolutely never stayed anywhere as clean as this one. I feel as if I need their cleaners info! I am a consistent overpacker due to fear of not having an item I need. We could have left half of our belongings in the car because so. much. was readily available to us! So many little things that you wouldn’t think to offer but were so amazing to have which truly makes the place well worth the price. Owners were responsive when needed but I can’t think of any need you’d have that was not already here! I could see this being a perfect place for couples but it was exceptional for children. Toys, books, safe bedding, even a Nugget! I have been blown away. This trip was not convenient for my husband but I talked him into coming. Later, he said he wished we just lived here! We will be back- without a doubt. Perfect long weekend to relax, unwind, unplug, and spend time with family. Thank you again!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Femi and Mel’s place in Buford. The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. There were so many great amenities, but the thoughtful touches in the kitchen truly stood out and didn’t go unnoticed. It was well-stocked with all the essentials, plus bonus small appliances like an air fryer and Instant Pot (just to name a few) which made it easy to prepare quick meals. They also provided cold bottled waters, sodas, coffee, creamer, spices—just a little bit of everything that made it genuinely feel like home. The location was perfect—quiet and safe, yet close to everything we needed, including our family. Check-in was seamless with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming Airbnb!

This place is just like you would want your family's place on the lake to be, minus the clutter and plus modern updates to the bathrooms and kitchen. There's cozy furniture, nicely chosen kitchen equipment, dishwasher, and ice machine. The beds are comfortable. There's plenty of supplies: just as if your aunt visits regularly. We enjoyed paddling up and down the finger of the lake and swatting shuttlecocks across the badminton net. I hope we can come back! I traveled with my mobility-impaired mom, so I have some comments: there are stairs with a railing to get from the parking to the entrance. There's one additional step without a railing part way across the deck. There are steep stairs between the first and second floors; steep enough that my mom couldn't navigate them without supervision. There is a full bath on the first floor, but no bedrooms on the same level. The unpaved path to the lake is 100+ yards and down 30? feet. The views are of the forest, can't see the lake.

This was a great place for our family. Can’t wait to go back.

Heidi and her lake house were just wonderful!! Can’t recommend enough. Incredible house, great floor plan— it can sleep an army! Family loved every aspect. The deck is incredible. We grilled out, made a fire for smores, played pool, kayaked, got in jacuzzi, played cornhole, went boating— everything. Was a wonderful weekend. Heidi was one of the best hosts ever. Friendly, responsive, helpful, accommodating. Highly recommend. We will be back soon!!

Fantastic place to stay. Location was great on Lake Lanier. I loved swimming in the cove. Water was so warm but, not too warm. I fully recommend Jeff's BNB.
