Exceptional villa, we had a wonderful stay. The villa is very clean, perfectly equipped, nothing is missing. The pool is very nice. The place is peaceful. In short, a perfect stay for families!

The house is as described, spacious, pleasant, suitable for several people, with children, with nice common areas, with large well-equipped open kitchen, very nice rooms also with mosquito nets and AC. The location on the Caravelle Peninsula is peaceful, good atmosphere, family, surfing and quiet. The two closest beaches to the house are one within walking distance are beautiful! Our stay was great, Pricyle and Sylvie were adorable and very responsive. Thank you for hosting us

Jordana's place is a gem. The well thought layout, the beautiful and functional design provided a calm and great base to discover Martinique for our family. The nearby beach is scenic. There are also convenient stores and a charming village center. The breathtaking view makes it a must stay villa in Martinique. We will gladly stay there again.

Beautiful house, modern with all comforts. David was very welcoming, showed us the surroundings and even left us something to eat when we arrived. Thanks for the PLANTER gift in the fridge! The house has everything you need: games for children (swing, beach games, board games...), air conditioning, tv with Nerflix... access to the beach at the end of the street. And what a beautiful beach! A great place for snorkeling and diving where you can see turtles, pepper benches etc. The place is ideally located 10 minutes from Anses Noire and Dufour and Anses d 'Arlet. We have been regularly renting homes on Airbnb for 10 years now, and sincerely, this is the first time we have received such a warm and caring welcome! Gina and Charles are absolutely extraordinary hosts, available, caring and very welcoming. The villa, perched on a hill, offers a sublime view that amazes us at every moment. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful veranda, where we had a wonderful time relaxing taking in the scenery and enjoying the calmness of the wooded and secure property. Conveniently located close to shops and a few minutes to the nearest beach, the villa is the perfect base for exploring Martinique. A huge thank you to Gina and Charles for this unforgettable stay. We warmly recommend this exceptional place and are already looking forward to coming back!

Small house in the very pretty residence. Matches the description. The beach just opposite is not very busy but the sea is a little rougher. The snack bar just opposite makes noise on weekends but is quiet the rest of the time. Anaïs was very nice and available.

We had a great vacation in this great spacious accommodation. The pool is a real plus that makes holidays and evenings pleasant. Beautiful trees and flowers are around, it is a quiet and discreet place. The accommodation is well furnished, air-conditioned, complete with equipment. Two very small things that could possibly be changed but do not hinder the use of the accommodation in any way: one of the bathrooms is extremely small, put a window between the shower and the toilet? And change the mattress in the master bedroom, which is starting to get old :) But otherwise, we remember only the positive, the calm, the space, the relaxation and very good communication with the host! And very good guavas, thank you!

Very good stay in the villa offered by Stéphanie! True to the photos and description, very well equipped, to the smallest detail (dishwasher tablet, garbage bag, washing machine tablet, mosquito repellent, etc.). We stayed there for 8 days with our two children, 4 years old and 1 year and a half, everything went very well! The villa is very well located, with the possibility of doing activities nearby (boat day, walk to the marina, visit Creole village, etc.) great! Accommodation that I obviously recommend! Great location on a very quiet street, 5 minutes by car from the beach and the center of the town. The place and the pool were spotless. A street parking space in front of the house was available for us throughout the stay. We stayed with a small 4-month-old baby and had everything we needed (crib, mosquito net, etc.). Véronique who took care of us was adorable and very responsive to our questions and requests. We had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to return.

Very quiet place with breathtaking ocean views. The infinity pool brings a lot of fun and relaxation. Well located between the north and south of the island. Thank you to our wonderful hosts and also for the little extra gifts on arrival.

This Villa was a nice surprise for me and my family, a true haven of peace! The villa is beautifully appointed, with a perfectly equipped kitchen and nice rooms. A great place to relax. I highly recommend it!

The accommodation is well located for visiting Martinique. A small downside for the busy road next door. The view is beautiful. The accommodation is clean and as expected. Perfect private pool. The availability time of the accommodation is noted at 3:00 p.m. but it was made available to us from 4:30 p.m. When we checked out, we were offered to stay until early afternoon. We had rented a one bedroom plus sleeping accommodation in the living room for girls. When we arrived, the sofa bed was not ready, and the manager opened the upstairs accommodation to us, so we had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The washing machine and dryer are not in the listing but in an annex below the building. We recommend this perfect rental for relaxing and very decent renter.

We are returning from an 11-night family stay at Julie's Villa and we were amazed by the Villa as such and its location. We were 6 adults and we could have been 8 without feeling stuck. The house is just like the photos, even better. We loved the pool and covered terrace with the beautiful sea view. The outdoor shower was much appreciated! Sylvie who takes care of the house and her husband are very kind and very available and Julie, who was in France during our stay, responded quickly to our messages. Case-Pilote is a really typical and charming little village, where you can find a few small restaurants by the sea and a delicious bakery in the central square. And from this place you can easily reach all the places of the island, between 45 minutes and 1h20 for the farther parts and depending on the traffic. I highly recommend it!
