Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Fort-de-France

Very nice apartment, finely decorated, well equipped (toilet linen, kitchen with large fridge and freezer, coffee maker, washing machine... to look for the stupid little, I would just say that it was missing an oven dish), impeccable and comfortable bedding, large terrace where we were able to welcome our friends. Very quiet residence and always possible to park directly in front of the entrance. TV with bouquet (not essential in Martinique but the children still enjoyed it😉). Well located in Fort de France: quiet and accessible neighborhood, close to shops (by car, 10 minutes max from a good bakery or a large food surface... but everything is done by car in Martinique), near Didier waterfall and balata garden (must be done)... Clémentine welcomed us despite our late arrival, and was always available by phone. Easy to hand over keys at checkout. Very good contact. We recommend it without hesitation, and will keep in touch for a future stay.

Willy is a very kind, welcoming and helpful person. He was very present for me when I needed it in order to help me (phone blocked and without landmarks) always good advice and very attentive. When I arrived, everything we needed was in the accommodation (shampoo, shower gel, water, etc.). The accommodation is well located in order to travel both the north and south side of the island. The neighborhood is quiet and we were able to enjoy the outdoors. I recommend it without hesitation, very good value for money. See you soon for a future trip to Martinique 🙂☀️

A place with good amenities and good bedding, which is much appreciated in a rental. The whole property is nice and the welcome is very friendly. The only small flaw is that the space is dark and the windows overlook under the house but this is the inconvenience of the villas stockings.

A wonderful stay to this beautiful island. The condo was lovely with an incredible patio with views that were stunning. You can walk to a pastry shop for a coffee and your daily bead! Close to all the southern communities that you will want to explore. Thank you Noa for always answering our questions and a special shout out to Michel who greeted us upon our arrival and departure. He is a gem. Overall a ten out of ten for me! Merci!

A very nice welcome in a totally exotic place. Quiet and banana fields give a magnificent view from the terrace. Marceline and her family are very charming and welcoming hosts. Very good stay spent in the north of your beautiful island

We had a great stay (10 days) with the family in Reg and Simeon's accommodation. Our host has always been considerate with all the useful information, a small welcome cocktail was waiting for us on arrival. We also had the right during our stay to see the fresh coconut cup from the garden (coconut water and fresh pulp), a delight. The accommodation is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished, with bed linen and towels in a very comfortable number for our stay. The exterior is very practical, with a large covered terrace. You can park safely in front of the apartment with the gate that isolates from the road, the place is very peaceful and pleasant. The flower garden is very pleasant with many birds! The location is ideal for visiting the north and south of Martinique, and close to all the necessary shops (especially bakeries less than 5 minutes away by car, for a fresh breakfast in the morning!)

The welcome was very warm and friendly. We learned to drink rum like a local. Because the shops were already closed, we also got some food and breakfast for the next day. It was a pleasant surprise and we are grateful. The place was private, clean and very well equipped. In fact, we could have left a lot of things at home. It was a problem to find the entrance to the property the first time, but the hosts immediately helped us. Parking is available on the property. Location is good - almost in the middle of the island. For us, it was not a problem that you can only speak French with the hosts. Hummingbirds fly in the garden at times. We loved staying there and would love to come back. Thank you again.

This location was great for getting to the hospital each day. 25 minute walk. You can use the bus but the buses are not always reliable

Le Petit Paradis was a good location for exploring the northern and western parts of Martinique. We were able to reach the Caravelle peninsula, Mt Pelee, and Anse Couleuvre in less than an hour drive each (impossible from the south). We appreciated the heated pool after each day's excursion. Nadine was helpful and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
