Condo holiday rentals in Fort Myers Beach

Natalie’s place we clean, comfortable and close to plenty of stores and resturants. It’s also close to the beaches of Sanibel Island and Ft Myers. This is a great location for a Ft Myers vacation.

This place is wonderful and the price is 100% worth! Sally is a rare host in Airbnb because she really care about our experience. Everything was clear thought to make us feeling like we were in home.

Karley’s place exceeded our expectations. Very peaceful neighborhood. Very friendly people in the neighborhood. The condo had everything that we needed. The lanai was my favorite spot! We even got to fish just a few steps from the door. Very comfortable and super clean condo. We rented e-bikes just a 5 minute walk away. They were great for passing backed up traffic going towards Times Square at the beach. We also rode them all the way back on the shoreline. It was awesome! We would definitely not hesitate to stay there again. Any questions that we had were answered super quick. Great host and co-host! Thanks again Karley and Kelly for letting us stay at your place!

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was immaculate and well-equipped. The beach locker made trips to the uncrowded beach easy, and the pool and landscaping were well-maintained. It was stocked with 10+ beach towels, 5–6 chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and a beach umbrella (the umbrella was broken, but we purchased a new one and left it, along with some extra sand toys). The kitchen had everything, including kids’ cups/utensils, making it very family-friendly. There were even small toys and games for the kids too. The master closet was spacious enough for a pack-n-play. To help future guests pack wisely: the condo has plenty of essentials, so you can pack lighter! This was the first rental that I didn't need to buy laundry soap or dishwasher soap. A few minor issues: the bathroom shower light was out, the laundry door was tricky, and the bathtub had drainage problems that resolved itself out after a couple days. Highly recommend this condo and we are looking forward to returning!

Where do I begin? We had an amazing week & Rose’s place & recommendations exceeded all of our expectations. The condo is a hidden gem. We loved its proximity to the beach, restaurants, & nearby beautiful neighborhoods with walking trails. Rose was very responsive & helpful. Will definitely stay here again & highly recommend it! We loved our stay. The condo has great views and the building has lots to do with shops and restaurants within walking distance and live music (and dancing!) several nights. Regina was friendly and responsive and the kitchen was well-stocked with nearly every appliance/dish you could wish for. They provided plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and even cooler bags. There were also fishing poles but we didn't try that. The Sanibel beaches are about an hour's drive away which is longer than I had anticipated but not a big deal for us - just good to know. All-in-all a great stay in a beautiful property! I'd go back in a heartbeat!

We recently stayed at the Sanibel Harbor condo with our one year old daughter and her great grandma, and we had the most amazing time! Her uncle also joined us for a fun filled Saturday. We can’t say enough great things about this stay. The immediate access to the water via stairs was a huge plus and one of the main reasons we chose this property. It was absolutely beautiful, especially considering how hard the area was hit just two years ago by Hurricane Ian. The restoration and care put into the property truly show. We’re so grateful for the memories made here!

We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s place! It was just right for my husband, me, and our small dog. Location is great and it’s an easy walk to the beach! While small, the apartment has all the necessities. We particularly liked that there is a bike rack and the house is beside a bike path.

Lisa was an excellent host. She was quick to respond and very helpful acclimating to the area. The Airbnb is located conveniently to many area activities. We stayed for a month and never ran out of things to do. The pool was a nice plus for Florida weather. Overall, we would highly recommend Lisa’s place to anyone who wants a quality place to stay in the Fort Meyers area.

The BEST location. 5 minute walk to downtown but was still in a peaceful area. Beach was close by too! Our host was super responsive and helpful. The condo was so clean and lovely. We LOVED it here.

We had a wonderful stay at Wild Pines! The condo was clean, well-furnished and had everything we needed. Excellent location right next to the pool and tennis courts. We took advantage of the many miles of bike paths and the complimentary beach shuttle almost every day. Also walked to the Lake House restaurant twice for dinner. Cathy provided detailed instructions before our trip and checked in with us while we were there to see if we needed anything. We'd definitely love to come back again.

Charles was a great and courageous host. Very responsive to my text messages and call. He met us at the location and made sure the home was acceptable to our needs before he left us. The house had everything that we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

I loved this place! We are hoping to stay here again in May. It was just like the pictures but even better. The lake was amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

We had a great stay in the condo! There was Champagne to welcome us, and the unit was stocked with toiletries from shampoo and conditioner to sun tan lotion. Linens, towels and all the kitchen equipment appeared brand new. Thank you Andrew!!

We had a wonderful week in Sanibel and are already looking forward to returning! Chris was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations that helped make our trip even better. The condo was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean and stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the extras for beach days: plenty of chairs, sand toys, shovels, and even a beach umbrella. We loved grabbing ice cream at The Shack and had some fantastic meals at The Lighthouse Café and Gramma Dot’s. Jerry’s made grocery shopping a breeze with their easy online ordering and pickup. All in all, it was a fantastic stay. Thank you, Chris, for making our vacation so comfortable and memorable!

The views are amazing. Place was beautiful and clean. Downfall, no extra blankets to use sleeper sofa when one of us had trouble sleeping. People were friendly and restaurant next door was wonderful. Loved watching the dolphins from our room.

This place is perfect for a romantic or honestly any type of vacation. The view is breathtaking and the whole condo is so nice and well taken care of. Every single day we seen dolphins and manatees and even some stingray. I can’t express enough how amazing the view was . This is the best place I’ve stayed at so far along the Gulf. Worth every dollar and I actually think it’s very cheap for what you actually get while there. If your scroll pass this place while searching stop searching and book this place you won’t regret it!

There were extensive directions, which made everything very easy! The host also checked in with us after we got there and was super responsive. We loved how close and accessible the beach was! We would stay here again!

We had such a great time. Cindy's condo was perfect for the two of us. Estero Beach was our favorite beach from the whole vacation, and what was best it was right outside!! We found so many shells,and saw dolphins. It's a great place to stay. Cindy was always just a text away,and responded right away. We would definitely stay there again!

Everything was as advertised. Lots of parking. Quiet neighborhood. Beach across the street and 2 pools. 2 restaurants in easy walking distance. Tried Doc's Beach House. They take cash only and food was mediocre. Elevator worked well. Good kitchen appliances. I was alone so there was plenty of space for me but it could accommodate 2 people easily. Host was responsive to 2 requests I made.

We were first-timers to this area of Florida and we enjoyed it very much. We liked that the Casa Playa is away from the busy Times Square area but still very easily walkable. Great restaurants and all offered entertainment all day long. The island has free shuttles running from the north end of the island to the Library (just south of Times Square) from morning until night so if you didn't feel like walking/driving, that is a nice feature. Casa Playa is on the beach so you walk out from the elevator, take about 20 steps and you are on the beach. Loved the available chaise lounges, adirondack chairs, side tables, umbrellas, ice machine, also coolers/beach towels provided in the room were a plus. If we had to complain about anything, it would be the elevator. It worked the night we arrived and the next day it did not, but was fixed that same day, within a couple of hours. We will be back next year, and will stay longer in an ocean view room, rather than bay side, which was still lovely.

Beautiful location on the beach. Quiet and private. Farmers market across the street. Just know no restaurants within walking distance and traffic towards Fort Meyer’s is backed up to a standstill from 3pm-7pm. If you plan driving excursions earlier in the day and are coming back to condo in that window you are just fine. Lovely location!

The location was excellent—just steps from the beach—with a partial ocean view from the balcony. The apartment had everything we needed, and the included trolley, beach chairs, and umbrella were especially convenient.
