Holiday rentals with a patio in Fort Myers

We had a wonderful stay for the week at FMB!

Booked this place kinda last minute after some plans changed. Really glad I picked Susana’s spot here in Cape Coral. Virtually brand new apartment, that was so clean, it looked like no one has ever been inside it when I got there.

I really enjoyed staying here. It was quiet and relaxing inside and out. So easy to park right in front of the place so I didn’t even need to take my suitcase out. Great patio to sit and soak in the sun filtering through the beautiful tree. Bluetooth speakers inside were great too. The host responded within the minute. Very fast response. And the place was priced very well.

It was great. Super clean and a very close uber to a lot of surrounding areas.

we absolutely loved our stay here! The location was great and walkable to restauurants and stores, access to a nice pool, and enjoyed the private balcony. The extra amenities that is provided such as beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. is a great bonus! we can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay. Quiet all through the night, and the patio creates even more privacy inside. Parking was nice and easy. No shoe policy indoors. We took them off coming in which is fine with us. I see why they ask for it - cleeeean floors! I wish all places would do this. No dirty/sandy floors. And with this place being close to the beach - even more impressed! We enjoyed shopping in the area and lots of restaurants around that we were able to choose from.

The house was perfect for our quick golf trip to the Fort Myers area. It was close to I-75 so it was easy to get to places like Napes or Punta Gorda. The house was clean, well kept, and worked great for our group of 4 people. We were also able to walk and go for a run in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very happy with stay/house/amenities/pool/spa. Newer construction with tall ceilings, beautiful appointments, bathrooms, fixtures and appliances. Kitchen provided with every imaginable item needed to cook and entertain. Salt water pool and spa were wonderful and overlook canal intersection. Lovely step down from pool to wrap-around deck overlooking canal. Easily accommodated larger family gathering for dinner/swimming. Certainly one of the nicest homes we've visited in Florida. Highly recommended.

Draiko proved a gracious host. Unfortunately for me, I had injured my ankle before checking in. Draiko's place proved an exceptional spot to lay up and focus on healing for a day. Private / quiet, and cool. I look forward to returning and checking out more of the area...

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Kim’s charming home! We were blown away by all of the thoughtful and beautiful touches - and the guidebook was our north star - we went to several of the recommended spots and loved all of them. Kim and her husband were incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating when things popped up. I truly can’t say enough good things - we never wanted to leave, and are already planning our next trip back!

Our stay here was perfection! From the immaculate home & beautiful furnishings, it had absolutely everything we needed. It was spotless & it was evident the owners didn’t spare a dime with the decor. Amy was quick to respond any time we reached out. It was so peaceful & just what we were looking forward to. I came to town to sail, and I could see the sailboat right out the window. Perfect spot for me! Amy's condo had everything I needed and I felt right at home. It was very clean, cute, and cozy. Thank you, Amy!

This place is wonderful and the price is 100% worth! Sally is a rare host in Airbnb because she really care about our experience. Everything was clear thought to make us feeling like we were in home.

We had a lovely weekend here. Spent a lot of time on the balcony that was shaded and screened and had an awesome view of the gulf. Plenty of food and shopping very close. Place was clean and comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed to enjoy florida.

Leticia had a wonderful Airbnb to stay in in Naples. We were close to everything including the beaches downtown and the Everglades. It’s definitely worth the money.

Nice condo. Loved the pool. The beach is directly across the street. Plenty of beach and pool supplies available. Recommend that you rent a car to get to restaurants and grocery store.

I loved this place! It was well kept, clean, beautiful big kitchen, dishwasher, spacious rooms, washer/dryer, spacious clean bathrooms. Had a lot of space outside to hang out, beautiful backyard view of the canal. Super peaceful and quiet area. Walking distance to a great little Mexican restaurant. Host provided great recommendations to beach and restaurants. I look forward to staying there again!
