* Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature, a full acre with a small pond! Only 45 minutes to most beaches. Beautiful country with small antique town and parks to explore. Private acre close to farm. Walk out the door and see farm animals and a lovely pond. 2 loft bedrooms with queen beds. Downstairs has a daybed as well. Kitchenette complete with fridge sink and cook stove. Outside bar area on one side and the other has a fire pit and hammock.

The Grovehouse 2 story barndo with huge yard

This is a relaxing two story apartment that you will have to yourself. We built this shop in 2019 for our citrus grove caretaking business. The apartment is in one end of the shop. There is room to spread out so bring the family with you. We have a foosball table upstairs and other games. Our place is in a quiet rural area where you can see sandhill cranes, pileated wood peckers and gopher turtles. There is no TV but we do have wifi so come unwind with us!

So glad we stayed here. It was the perfect place for what we needed. Outstanding directions and information all throughout, and plenty of extra perks that we got use out of like beach chairs, beach towels, snacks, drinks, and even a surprising gift card for a restaurant that we enjoyed a lot. Helped us pack lighter and save money on food, so we really appreciated it. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Port Charlotte area.

We have never had such an amazing experience at an airbnb before. Everything we needed or even thought we could need were available on the premises. The host was so kind to provide breakfast when we arrived! The environment was above and beyond anything we could ask for. The solitude but accessibility to nearby shopping was amazing. We also fell in love with the farm animals on the premises. We gave the calm little rooster in the back yard a name, Big Red. He was the perfect touch to the perfect weekend. Although we would love to gate keep such an amazing place we can’t help but share our love for this beautiful place.
