Holiday rentals with breakfast in Fort Smith

We have had an amazing night’s stay! The room was very clean and comfortable. Karis was very proactive and provided us with a lot of interesting information. We have also been very lucky to meet Karis and Pat- since we’re not American, therefore we have not celebrated Thanksgiving before- but Karis was so nice to invite us over for a Thanksgiving meal, which was an unforgettable experience for us! We would absolutely stay again if we’re ever in the back in the area!

We had a very peaceful stay while there and felt right at home. Karis had everything we needed and more.

I took a trip from Texas to Fort Smith to visit my family. The place immediately felt like home. It was nice to walk in after a long Drive. Incredible clean, Kathy had made the place nice and cool for us and the lights were on. Tons of clean towels and extra blankets. The beds were very comfortable. The shower head was just amazing..I definitely want one now. Everything was updated and the stove top grill was used frequently. We were close to many locations. Kathy was responsive, helpful, and very genuine. I will most definitely stay at Kathy's again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable home away from home. We all slept great at night all 4 of the nights we were there. We also had my 4 year old Granddaughter with us and she felt comfortable and happy and said let's here! Ps. Huge TV, brand new tub, awesome stove the list goes on.

Even though it was Christmas Eve and Karis had holiday plans, they were very responsive to any issues we had. We needed to move locations last minute but Karis made the switch seamless. They reached out before and after checking to ensure we had made it in. The themed rooms are very fun and cozy. I would definitely stay at one of their properties again.

The host was amazing! I meant to leave my review much sooner as I had thought that I did! We had an amazing time, and the house was beautiful! Definitely will be coming back to stay in another room and enjoy Fort Smith again!

Cathy Is a Wonderful Host, her House Is, very Clean, and Is newly refurbished. I had to leave earlier and she was very helpful and arrange us a deal to avoid losing money Thanks Cathy you are a wonderful person

Visited from Houston and they are amazing hosts! Really nice area and a nice park really close by to walk in the mornings.
