Stayed in this unit many times. Make sure you have access to food somewhere in Ft Smith or are good with microwaving whatever you want to eat. Coffee maker is fine and the little fridge works great too but Ft Smith has limited restaurant options (understatement). It’s always clean and is super comfortable.

Gayle made us feel at right at home! She provided us with free bags of ice for our cooler, recommended a nearby laundromat, informed us about the area & where to catch the big fish! We felt very safe here as 2 women traveling alone. I would definitely stay here again! The kitchen had many pantry staples & the bathroom was stocked with items as well!

Ashley's spot is a beautiful location! It wasn't real easy to find, but we'd never been there and arrived in the dark; so, our fault, not hers. Grat spot to recreate with my husband this weekend!
