This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).

Situated on the Oconee River in the lovely River Bottom neighborhood, you'll enjoy the rejuvenating benefits of your own private custom-built cedar sauna, spacious marble shower, outdoor Jacuzzi, king bed & more. The Bungalow is part of the main house with a separate, PRIVATE entrance through the backyard.

Quaint rustic cabin in wooded setting. The property is on roughly 5 acres set back from the main road. It is adjacent to 15 acres of family owned walking trails we share with our guests. A perfect retreat for a family to reconnect with mother nature or just for a quiet getaway. Our guests love the fire pit and front porch swing. Basement level apartment has full time resident. Guests have own entrance and parking. No shared living spaces. Owners live on same property in separate house.

This beautifully restored to 2 bedroom apartment is conveniently located on the square of downtown Jefferson. You can walk around the quaint town enjoying small town life and meeting the locals. Or, if you are looking for more things to do during the day, Jefferson is centrally located between Athens, Gainesville, Commerce and Buford. A 20-30 minute drive in any direction will bring you to a different thriving town with new activities and restaurants

This detached area for living is a slice of the country living, close to Road Atlanta (9 miles) and the Chateau Elan (6.5miles), Braselton, GA. North Georgia Medical Center Borrow County (4.5 miles). This is a very peaceful living area that was built for my wife’s parents we brought from Puerto Rico after the hurricane wiped out everything.
