We had a great time. The apartment corresponds to the ad, being comfortable, functional and with great location. Jeanne and Lucas (co-host) were thoughtful, kind, and responded quickly.

My family and I stayed at Jeanne's apartment and it was great! wonderful location, close to everything with a view of the beach. Well-equipped apartment, with access to all common areas of the building. We love and highly recommend this home.

Our stay was wonderful, the flat is compact, but very functional, everything is very new, very clean and organized. The location is great, with a view of the sea, you can walk to the beach, very easy to get to. Communication with the host was great too, Raul was always very helpful and attentive. The staff at the place are also very attentive and kind. The common area is a spectacle in itself, more beautiful than in the photos. It's really worth it, I hope to return soon.

Super indico Dona Conceição e Sr. Jose. First time I use the Airbnb platform and I was very pleased. The hosts are very polite, thoughtful, and helpful. They respond quickly when they are called. The property is in excellent condition and meets all the necessities. The property's location is also great, as it is close to the airport, supermarkets, pharmacies, malls, cafeterias, plazas, there are buses at the door and uber. Anytime I return to Fortaleza for sure I will stay with them. The place is very good for children. My son is 7 years old and loved. He said he wants to come back soon. I just have to thank you. See you soon 🙏♥️

One of the best things we did in planning this trip was the choice of the house we would stay in these days. Home is exactly as shown in the photos, Rafael is a host concerned with his guests' stay, helpful, proactive, and very kind. The condominium is a luxury that made a total difference in our stay. Everything we found inside is impeccable and unbelievable. I recommend it to everyone who wants to spend quiet days, with amenities and rest.

The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos. All very clean and quality bedding. The very equipped kitchen. Apartment easily accommodates 7 people. Air conditioning in the living room was excellent. All air conditioners worked very well. Bath in the bedroom was a differential. Extremely safe condominium. Very clean and with various activities. The ideal is to be by car because on foot it is difficult to get around. We were unable to have breakfast in the restaurant (you need to make reservation). We were also unable to have lunch at the restaurant (it was packed). We had a small mismatch at check-in (information on the key lock code) which was promptly resolved by Mr. Raul. In the end, we felt at home for a week that I was with my family!! Voltaria for sure.

It was a great stay, apparently it was an automated service both check-in and check-out but everything worked perfectly, the place has all the amenities of a gated community, a good view and easy access to the main tourist spots, I liked it and would definitely come back.

Well located, well equipped and clean apartment. He met all expectations. Quiet and safe environment. As it is located on a main avenue, it is a little noisy at night, but nothing that disturbs sleep. Communication with Jairo was great, he answered all questions and was very helpful. The only point that needs attention is the kitchen utensils, a milk jug and basic items such as salt, sugar and oil are missing. I'll be staying again at the next opportunity.

The apartment is very complete, has great accommodations, very well equipped and a great location. Very close to Beach Park. It is within the Gold Ville condominium, close to the swimming pool, Club House and foodtrucks. I recommend for family holiday moments.
