Simple, comfortable, clean, air conditioned, art deco apartment with plenty of character and a lovely sea breeze. Stroll 5 mins downhill to the beach, cafes and bars of Manly or jump on the ferry into the city. The walk back up the hill is pretty steep. Well equipped kitchen/dining room. Internet and everything you could need for a comfortable stay- towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner, sunscreen, basic cooking ingredients, first aid kit etc.

Christian was a great host! He was very responsive and helpful. He provided local recommendations. The apartment is very centrally located and walkable to all the hotspots around Manly. What a great stay in Manly. As many of the other reviewers note, the location is absolutely super. Right across from the Manly Ferry Terminal. Catching the ferry in the morning into Sydney past the Opera house will be a lifelong memory. Strolling the Corso, coffee and pastry in hand, wandering down to Manly Beach - how can you beat that? I also loved that you could rent an E-Bike a couple of doors down to explore the various areas of Manly. Very comfortable, and spacious, I would stay again in a heartbeat. Location, Location, Location :)

We loved our little home while staying in Manly. It's not too warm, not too cold; it's furnished and equipped with everything you need (apart from a plug in the sink!), and the neighbours are friendly. Manly is a lovely place and the flat is in a perfect spot, midway between the ferries and the main beaches, and close to the shops. Parking is a nightmare in this area, despite Andrew's kind loan of a residents' permit, but you can get a bus (or a ferry) to anywhere with bus stops all around, and SO CHEAP! So don't hire a car! Andrew was also kind enough to let us delay our checkout for a few hours, as we had a late flight home. Lastly, Sydney is a fabulous city; we couldn't get enough! If we can ever afford to come back we'll want to stay here again.

This was a beautiful and convenient location for exploring the Northern suburbs of Sydney with easy access to the ferry to the city and other locations. The view was spectacular and the property was very clean and spacious. Linda was extremely helpful and promptly replied to to any requests that we had. As a former native of Sydney returning to visit, I would thoroughly recommend this property for access to all that Sydney has to offer and is famous for.

Craig and Wendy were the perfect hosts. The apartment was sparkling clean, beautifully styled and they had thought of everything. Beautiful linen and towels - this place is quality!! This is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. We have found our home away from home when we come to Manly. We can’t wait to come back.
