The upper screened patio for early morning coffee was definitely the highlight. The location being close to historical down town and the river was a plus . Debra and gary were both amazing .

Great place for a family to stay, spacious, comfortable, well equipped for family dinner preparation. Large deck for fun gathering. Loved the extra touches of coffee and tea on hand. Some traffic noise late at night.

Very pleased with this property. Spacious interior and great useful outdoor spaces, with the use of a BBQ included. All mentioned amenities were available. Plenty of dishes and cutlery. Appreciated the coffee pods. Would definitely consider booking this property again. Host responded very quickly to queries.

We stayed for 3 nights in May 2025 for family reunion. Space was perfect for 6 guests with lots of space. Location was perfect for everyone. Naomi responded to questions immediately. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Loved that we could take our dogs with us and there was a big backyard for them. We will definitely return.

We had different address after we booked which showed us an address in Coutts. When we got there I called Carolyne, she gave us some directions how to get there that was a really difficult for us to navigate it. Anyway She and her husband came and got us there as it. They were kind and they communicated with us to make sure we have a good time. We recommended to have the google map location as a default or send it to anyone who book it in the future. Also the view and the dark sky was amazing. And I think few touches make that house more like a home.

Beautiful view and quiet get away. To get there do not follow the google maps link. Follow the texted instructions or you will get lost. Contact hots if you have problems they respond promptly.
