Convenient location. Clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely book again.

The house is beautiful and very clean. There was plenty of room for our family of 11. The game room was fun but there isn’t any games you can play on the Nintendo or xbox unless you download them I guess and you can’t even put your games into the switch because it is locked up. Also, there was an air hockey table with no puck to play on it. Not a big deal but the kids were very excited for the game room. Regardless my kids still had fun in there and the pool area was very nice. Wasn’t far from the Disney parks so that was great. This community gets very busy with people renting the houses during the weekend. We heard people partying late at night and the roads had cars parked all along both sides so it was hard to get through the neighborhood during the weekend but come Monday it totally cleared out. The house is beautiful and has everything you would need… Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely home.

It is in a great location and the amenities included in the house provided the memorable experience that we were all hoping for for. I'm delighted to have stayed at your residence. The host and his team responded quickly to my inquiry. Tasteful details. Beautiful rooms for the children, and a fun game room and pool. The entire house was super clean and fully equipped. The complex is super quiet, with friendly neighbors. It has pools for toddlers and others for adults, as well as a gym, reception, and restaurant. Highly recommended house 😊 We are grateful 🤗

Beautiful home , exactly as in the photos. Outside space especially is amazing with sun on the pool all day. Home was spotless and modern and very well equipped with everything you’d need. Community not gated but felt safe. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions. Short drive to parks. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay and plenty of room for everyone! The pool and game rooms are a nice addition. My daughter stayed in the princess room and said it was the most comfortable mattress ever. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family. The location is very convenient to Disney, SeaWorld and all the usual attractions. There is also a brand new Publix just outside of the entrance (less than a mile) from the house. Overall this property was a great choice for our stay and i would definitely recommend!

The house was gorgeous and we had a great time! I'm not sure which room was the grandbabies favorite - the Treehouse, the Arcade, or the Movie Theater room.

Our family of six loved staying at Fabio’s house! It was very spacious, especially the kitchen and living area and the master bedroom suite. There was plenty of room for everyone and the additional living area upstairs is an added bonus (the kids enjoyed the PlayStation games in this space). Everything worked well, from dishwasher and washing machine to the air conditioning, we didn’t have any major issues! It’s a very comfortable home! We had a problem fixing the table tennis net in the games room, but enjoyed playing with the dartboard instead! We loved the outside swimming pool and this was a good temperature in June. There was a little bit of noise from families using the pool areas of the surrounding houses, but that didn’t bother us…… We walked up to the Solstice restaurant on our first night and the food, drinks and friendly service was excellent. It’s great to have the big pool and other facilities just a five minute walk away. Fabio is an excellent host!

Excellent Host and Communication despite personal setbacks

Loved our stay. The house was spacious and in a great area. The pool was nice and clean, everything looked just like the pictures. The resort is quiet and peaceful. Convenient to everything. Definitely recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic time here at Five Star Host (Home in Davenport) place! it was nice and cozy and really felt like home, location was perfect for Disneyland/Universal for all the them parks nearby. Five Star was very responsive and provided all the information we needed. Would absolutely recommend to others.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, providing a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The home is cozy, very clean, and well cared for. It offers plenty of space and features modern, up-to-date appliances that made our stay comfortable. Everything was exactly as advertised, with no surprises. The location is excellent—close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment options. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Very spacious, very clean. Downstairs has a master suite, laundry, and game room in the garage. Pool was warm and there was patio furniture with umbrella, as well as pool towels provided. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Definitely one of the best stays i had at an airbnb.

I had the most amazing time here at Franklin’s place was so attentive and very spacious for my family and I I’ve stay at other Airbnb but this was a great choice and we will definitely be back and if it’s up to me I would love Franklin’s as my host again God bless

Needed a place to decompress after visiting Family and this was the perfect spot! We really enjoyed being able to play pool in the garage! What a great surprise! Let’s do it again!

Great stay, nice place, big pool, awesome bbq and very responsive host. Separate bathrooms for each bedroom was great. Also 3 walk in showers 👍 Minor issues with the pool got quickly fixed during the stay. Would come again

We stayed for two nights here and brought my mom and my 1 year old and 4 year old. My mom enjoyed her stay in the master suite and my kids were over the moon about staying in “Mickey mouse’s clubhouse”. Everything was clean and nicely decorated in the Mickey Mouse theme. I loved that there was a crib and a high chair. Very family friendly space. There’s also a nice playground not too far for the kids and the water park was very enjoyable for them. The host Eliana was very responsive and helpful. When my husband accidentally left his wallet in the house after we’d left, she was extremely helpful in helping us get back in to retrieve it over an hour after we’d checked out. I recommend staying here.

Super clean and comfortable. Exactly as pictured. Rafael was super responsive, answered chat immediately. Made our vacation feel more comfortable than even home. We had such an amazing time. Home was so clean and well cared for. Above and beyond hospitality!!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space, the fenced in yard was great for our fur babies! The ac had trouble cooling in the afternoons since it was so hot but they quickly added a portable ac to the main area so we were comfortable and were so accommodating and responsive!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is wonderful, very comfortable, well equipped and the hostess was very kind and helpful in meeting all our needs. We had a small problem with the air conditioning, but the hostess quickly sent someone from the team to fix it and we didn't have much trouble. The gym wasn't as close as we thought and only opened at 9am, so we ended up not being able to use it much. Overall our stay was wonderful and we will definitely recommend the house to our friends and are interested in returning.
