SEA VIEWS & SOUND OF WAVES "wifi"

Greetings from Cubelles!! This is an apartment provided with excellent sea views, located in front of the sea! It has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds wich can be put together to get one double bed, in the living there is a confortable sofa which turns into a double bed. The marriage bedroom disposes of directs views towards the sea and views towards the people walking on the maritime path. The bathroom has got a bath and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave-oven and other necessary tools for you to use during your stay in our apartment! The kitchen is directly linked to the living room, where we find an amazing folding leather sofa and a Led TV of 42 pulgates connected to a sunny terrace with unbeatable sea views! Its situation is unimprovable, seeing that below 100 metres, we find supermarkets, an apotheke and restaurants. The train station is at about just 10 minutes walking, so it's not far! If you want to travel by train to Barcelona, there are 45 minutes from Cubelles to BCN, and you can catch a train every 30 minutes. You may want to go to Sitges; the ride will take you 15 minutes and moreover, you can also travel to Tarragona or Port Aventura! This will take you 1 hour more or less. Only remember that each train passes every 30 minutes!!! My apartment has a free parking available with enough space for a car. EQUIPMENT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE • TV 42 " (inches), LED screen, high definition (HD). • Satellite ASTRA with interactive WI-FI, high definition (HD), you can browse a multitude of channels in multiple languages, and 8 channels of CANAL+. • Blue-ray DVD player. • WI -Fi high speed. • Fully equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron , etc. Kitchen tools, saucepans, pots, dishes and all kind of cutleries (knives, forks and spoons). • Heating. • Washing machine • Linen and fresh towels for the required number of guests, and a hairdryer too. • Gel , shampoo , dish soap, toilet paper, etc. When you book we email you directions from the airport to the apartment from either the train or bus. A bright and comfortable detached house with a contemporary feel, and a lovely garden and saltwater pool to enjoy. Enjoy sea and sunset views from our two balconies at the level of the tree canopy, with outdoor barbecue and dining on the garden terrace. Sea breezes further cool this private-feeling oasis, and all bedrooms have ceiling fans for nighttime comfort. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a perfect base to explore the area, but not suitable for parties. A car is essential.

Disfruta de la playa a 5 min. Es un lugar tranquilo, pero también muy bien comunicado por carretera por si estás de paso hacia Francia o Zaragoza (AP-7 y AP-2). A 20' de Tarragona, 30' Portaventura y 45' Barcelona. Dispone de Internet fibra por si necesitas trabajar como de televisión. También hay una cocina bien equipada. Hay lugar para estacionar en los alrededores gratis. Tienes también supermercados grandes cerca (Mercadona, Lidl...) Soy flexible con los horarios si se me avisa con tiempo.

Beautiful apartment on the first line and with an ocean view. Urbanization with garden and pool on Coma Ruga beach. Very bright rooms and with a view to the pool and the sea. Large and comfortable living-dining room, two double bedrooms and one full bathroom. In the living there is a sofa bed for two people. Large kitchen and equipped with everything you need for your vacation. Large terrace. The development has gardens, two swimming pools, children's area and has direct beach access.

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. It is rented ground floor in a private house which is located a 5 minute walk to Costa Dorada beach, in the village Roda de Barà Mar. Its pleasant, quiet and bright space allows you to rest comfortably. The ground floor is not connected to the first floor and has a separate entrance. It is ideal for a couple or a family of 2 to 4 people. But it is not advisable for people looking for nightlife: no noise is allowed after 11:00 p.m.
