Holiday rentals with lake access in Francavilla al Mare

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. We hadden een TOP vakantie! Het begon bij het geweldige ontvangst met een heerlijk snack. Heel hartelijk door Erika in ontvangst genomen we voelden ons gelijk thuis. Wat een prachtig appartement met een geweldig uitzicht. Familie was super vriendelijk zelf Ella de hond kwam elke ochtend ons begroeten. Alles in een woord: Fantastisch! Erika is de geboren Gastvrouw! Vriendelijk, behulpzaam en een gezellig prachtig mens. Wij komen hier zeker terug.....

We traveled all day and when we arrived Nicola had supplied us with snacks and breakfast for the next day. The kitchen is stocked with all things necessary to cook meals. There is a grocery store a few doors down the street that has anything you would need and a butcher a few doors down for there. Also, a green grocer truck comes down the street most mornings offering fresh fruits and vegetables. This place is a home and you feel it from the start. Even though it is very spacious, it feels like a warm hug. The beds and beddings are comfy, the bathrooms spacious with lots of hot water, and the garden and views are breathtaking. From the huge upper patio you can see neighboring villages and the vast rolling hills. We were there in the Spring and were witness to the grapevines changing from sticks to then leafing and then we saw tiny clumps of grapes beginning to form. This is such a wonderful place; I hope many people can experience the peaceful setting and warm people of the village.

Mario and his family are great, warm and welcoming hosts! We felt like at home! The apartment is great, gorgeous terrace behind, unexpected and way much better then in the pictures! All the rest is as described, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Note there are no mosquito nets, get prepared for alternative defense. We would decinitely recommend :) and come back!

Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen! Nido del Salento hat uns mit seiner liebevollen Einrichtung, der Sauberkeit und der ruhigen Lage begeistert. Besonders schön war der liebevoll vorbereitete Willkommenskorb – mit ausreichend Leckereien für das erste Abendessen und ein gemütliches Frühstück: inklusive einer Karaffe köstlichen regionalen Weins, hausgemachter Marmelade und Tomatensoße. Man fühlt sich sofort heimisch und wohl – nicht wie ein fremder Gast, sondern wie bei Freunden. Elma und Vincenzo sind wunderbare Gastgeber – herzlich, aufmerksam und gleichzeitig sehr respektvoll. Trotz aller Herzlichkeit wurde unsere Privatsphäre jederzeit gewahrt. Man hatte das Gefühl, das gesamte Anwesen ganz für sich allein zu haben – perfekt, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Eine wunderbare Basis, um Salento zu erkunden. Jederzeit wieder!

Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza di Pasqua in famiglia (io, mia moglie e i nostri due bambini di 2 e 8 anni). L’appartamento, appena ristrutturato, è accogliente, caldo e profuma di legno. Dotato di tutti i comfort, con cucina attrezzata e letti comodissimi, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il giardino è ampio e curato, perfetto per rilassarsi mentre i bambini giocano. Il cane di famiglia, educato e dolcissimo, ha fatto compagnia ai nostri figli per ore: si sono divertiti tantissimo a giocare a palla insieme! Una menzione speciale va a Stefano e Stefania, i proprietari: gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti, ci hanno accolti con calore e ospitalità. È raro trovare un posto così autentico, dove sentirsi davvero in famiglia. Una Pasqua indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca tranquillità, natura e un’accoglienza sincera.

Our stay at Nikolas Airbnb was great. We had the best view and a wonderful time at the lake. The apartment was clean and the garden very beautiful. We could even rent out SUPs from Nikola and explore the lake on water. Nikola and his family are very friendly and gifted us lots of selfmade treats. We had an amazing time!

We really enjoyed our short stay with Ana. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and with lovely finishing touches. And Ana is friendly and helpful! Highly recommended.

Tutto molto bello e fedelissimo alla descrizione fatta , Massimo sempre disponibile mentre nonna Ilde ci ha accolti come una mamma amorevole accoglie i propri figli dopo un lungo viaggio, disponibile da subito per cucinare qualcosa per noi, ci ha ricoperti di attenzioni, ci ha offerto un dolce fatto da lei molto buono e ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa nostra. posto incantevole e tranquillo , anche la nostra cagnolina si è divertita tanto. lo consigliamo assolutamente.

Schöne Lage/im Apartment alles was man braucht/herzliche Gastfreundschaft/super Kommunikation. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar, um die Gegend zu erkunden und die Familie immer hilfsbereit

l'accueil qui nous a été réservé était excellent, nos hôtes nous ont attendu très tard dans la soirée à cause du retard de notre avion. l'appartement est très propre et bien équipé, la literie confortable et la vue sur le plan d'eau est magnifique. des fruits et des boissons nous attendaient au frais à notre arrivée. nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

This was a great deal, in a beautiful location in Polače. The balcony overlooking the bay was our favorite part, we spent a lot of time sitting on it watching boats come in and out. Beautiful sunset view from the balcony. Supermarket and bakery right nearby.

I cannot recommend this BnB more. The host is absolutely wonderful and helpful throughout. The host met us late in the evening and was so polite giving us as much information as she could to make sure we had a perfect stay. The views are stunning, the location is perfect to get to old town or the harbour/restaurants a bus stop just outside the apartment. This is an absolutely 5 star experience and needs more recognition. I would recommend this for anybody visiting Dubrovnik and a special Thankyou to the host looking after our luggage and going above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay 🫶🏼

The hosts were very welcoming and super helpful. The apartment not only had everything you could possibly need but was also impeccably clean with great attention to detail, the bed was the most comfy I've experienced. Jozo goes the extra mile with lots of recommendations and is always readily available to answer any questions. She really is very much committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the villa. Just what we were searching for, a haven of tranquility. The hosts were delightful, Razu in particular was extremely helpful throughout the entire stay regarding information and supplied us with an array of fantastic meals. We didn't want for anything. There were plenty of things to see and do within a short car journey. I would wholeheartedly recommend Villa Amphora. As most of the other reviews state, it is a truly unique experience. Regarding the one negative review on the website; all I can say is I really don't understand what they found so disagreeable.

The apartment is in a beautiful and peaceful location, and is easy to find. It’s spacious, comfortable and well-equipped, and the view from the terrace over the lake is just stunning. Antonella and Dario are exceptional hosts, responding to messages and fixing any problems almost instantly. They definitely went above and beyond to make our stay really comfortable.

Toni’s place is nice and cozy, very clean and well equipped. We needed a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and we found everything we wanted to use. It made our staying way more easier. The terrace is wonderful with a beautiful view to the lake, we loved it so much! Toni was very helpful and communicative all the time during our staying and before, when I had some important questions. He waited us with cake, which was really heartwarming after a long drive. Mljet is a really special place, if you like nature and active vacation.

Best Vacation Ever!!!! We were enchanted from the moment we drove up to this Adriatic Treasure! I almost hesitate to describe it for fear that all days will be filled immediately and we won’t have a chance to return soon enough! The white pristine marble walkways and terrace provided access to the cold crystal clear water on three sides. The large outdoor area always provided a place of sun or shade throughout the day. Our grandchildren loved playing on the two paddle boards and exploring the outdoors. The AC inside offered an immediate respite when we stepped inside the cool white interior of the home. A treat of food and beverages awaited to our surprise. Totally unexpected! Marko was the perfect host, offering site recommendations including reservations at the scrumptious Sudvic Restaurant nearby. Seafood plucked right from the waters beside it! We are making plans now to try to return to this amazing magical paradise. You should book your vacation here now! You will not regret it!

Struttura fantastica, abbiamo trascorso del tempo piacevolissimo. Aveva tutto l’occorrente per stare benissimo. Unica piccola pecca la mancanza di condizionatore nella stanza al piano inferire. Per il resto tutto perfetto. Ritorneremo sicuramente

Abbiamo trascorso 5 notti nella villetta di Mauro: eravamo alla ricerca di tranquillità e siamo arrivati nel posto giusto. Locali spaziosi ed attrezzature di casa complete e funzionali. E la comodità di parcheggiare la propria auto all'interno della proprietà, utile per la sicurezza e la facilità di carico e scarico dei bagagli. Il giardino poi, adorato dalla nostra cagnolina, perfettamente recintato, dov'era libera di scorrazzare in tutta sicurezza. Piacevole il patio. con l'attrezzatura da giardino. È comunque indispensabile muoversi con l'auto per fare la spesa ed esplorare le località della costa, da Terracina a Sperlonga ed oltre. Ed un grazie anche a Mauro per indicazioni e suggerimenti e per la tempestività con cui ha risolto un piccolo inconveniente all'arrivo. Ci sarebbe ancora molto da dire ma chiudo col suggerimento di provare a soggiornarvi dovendo passare da quelle parti.
