The place was well equipped for my 2 year old with a pack and play, high chair and baby gate for the stairs. Apartment felt safe and secure and minutes to the Capitol building.

Greg’s place was very clean and in a great location. Walkable to markets, restaurants, and metro. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a great place to stay during our family vacation to DC!

Linda's place was very homy and she was a very kind and responsive host. Instructions were very clear, tons of amenities, and clean place. Great for a family of 5. Beautiful patio and clean bathrooms.

Scott was very easy to work with. provided check in and check instructions multiple days in advance. home was clean and neighbors were quiet. we didn't do any cooking but kitchen was well equipped if we had needed it. beds were comfy and clean. plenty of toilet paper, towels and paper towels. washer and dryer with laundry pods a definite plus! we were so close to the metro station and a few stores. the place was prefect for us and the hosts are very responsive. you must must must eat at Omar's. it's absolutely delicious and super close to the house! we honestly had the best food every place we ate. Breakfast at Matt and Tony's is a must but get a reservation. baked and wired cupcakes are delicious. thankfully we walked a lot!! thank you for opening your home. it was great trip and having a nice place to come home to each night made it better.

Wonderful place, exactly as pictured and described! Parking was not a problem, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Just a few blocks to Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter, King Street, and the Alexandria Waterfront. The backyard seating and BBQ are such a nice bonus!

This place is a great homebase if you’re exploring Washington/Arlington. King Street is just down the road, so there is a huge variety of places to eat nearby. There are a lot of little extras (shampoos, and cooking ingredients and the like) that aren’t listed, but are available. Super convenient.

My family of 6 stayed at Alvaro’s place for our daughter’s graduation weekend from Georgetown University! The home couldn’t have been in a better location! Very walkable to wonderful restaurants, shops and bakeries. We did not have to rent a car, we walked everywhere we needed to in Georgetown and if we had to go downtown we took an Uber, which was very convenient. The house couldn’t have been better for my family. Everyone had their own space and we enjoyed having family meals at the big dining room table and at the end of the day we could all fit in the living room and talk about our day. We also enjoyed the beautiful lush patio. We would have afternoon cocktails out there before we went to dinner. It was well appointed with all the amenities you may need and the air conditioner worked really well, even on the third floor. I cannot say enough about how perfect this home was and also how easy the communication was with Alvaro. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!

This was a wonderful place to stay. I felt so at home. Loved the cozy feel and, as a height-challenged person, I thoroughly enjoyed the easy to reach cabinets. The Metro station is literally just around the corner and made getting out to explore so easy. I’m already trying to figure out when we can come back.

As a Superhost myself, I was really impressed by Uche's place and how he handled our stay. He was undoubtedly the most responsive host that I have ever had. The town house is pretty charming, is equipped with just about anything you could need for a short or long stay, and was just the right size for our family (myself+wife+3 year old + infant). The walk to King Street from here is short and easy. The town house makes really efficient use of the space and although we did not use the loft study/office, that is a good working space. This was definitely a 5 star stay - and really great value for the money. I look forward to staying here hopefully again in the future. Even the street parking ended up being pretty easy for us and the coffee shop across the street was a great way to start off each day (do try the pancake flavored iced latte).

Jia’s place was perfect! It a great space to hang out and the space was so clean with all amenities we needed! She is super communicative and was willing to help out with whatever we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We could tell that Ali added nice touches to make our stay extra special. Some snacks, lovely lighting for the back porch, and plenty of space to spread out inside. The pool table was cute for the kids. Adults played too and we got a kick out of it. It was very clean and I appreciated the decorations.

House was absolutely perfect, pristine and great location, the home is located in the heart of town. A very short walk to king street, private lot parking and close to metro. Will def stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, close to Washington DC. The hosts were very responsive to the couple of questions we had. We found the address easily, though we were not sure of which unit it was, but we received a quick answer when we messaged the host. As others have also mentioned, we loved the Nespresso machine and enjoyed the variety of snacks. It was so nice to have the garage, since we did have some rainy days. It was convenient for us to bring our dog too, with the park just across the street. We found many nice restaurants in the surrounding area. Ballston Local has delicious pizza, The Quarterdeck is known for crab and seafood fare, The Liberty Tavern - awesome burgers, and O'Sullivan's Irish Pub for Irish stew and shepherd's pie. If we return to the area someday, we would definitely stay here again.

Saad was a terrific host. He was always prompt with responses and made sure all our needs were taken care of. My bridesmaids and I had a wonderful night before the wedding and made great memories in Saad’s private, cozy, and comfortable space. There were plenty of beds for the 8 of us, with nice amenities (even had a printer, which came in so clutch) and cute decor. It was easy to find Saad’s place, and there was ample street parking on the weekends. I would definitely look forward to booking another stay at Saad’s.

Truly a home away from home! This AirBnB exceeded my expectations with all the commodities provided: laundry items, paper towels, coffee, plenty of towels, washcloths, paper towels, etc. And even unexpected items like travel shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc! We were extremely pleased! If you’re looking for a place to call home, this is the spot!

Kaye and Zack were the best hosts! They checked in on us several times to make sure everything was going OK. The location is so handy for getting around on the Metro. We loved our stay!

Very clean, great neighborhood and the owner John was very responsive. Generally he replied within just a few minutes. The location is also very convenient to Reagan National airport and downtown DC. The accommodations were just like the photos and we felt very safe because as I said, it's in a great neighborhood. Lots of families walking around and there's a nice playground halfway down the block. We also walked to the nearby pizza place and there's a coffee shop and grocery store very close as well. We were there for six nights and only once were we unable to find a spot directly in front of the home. In that case, there was a spot across the street just a few doors down. If our travels take us to DC again, we know where to stay.

Rudolph’s home was wonderful! It was perfect for our little group and perfect distance from the concert we were attending. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Rudolph was super helpful if we had any questions and a great host. Would recommend :)

Beautiful home! Beautiful host! A lot of attractions around. Olive was so welcoming and responds very quickly! Day two she reached out to ensure everything was OK and if I needed help with anything. when I’m back in town I’d definitely re-book. I’ve saved this as one of my favorites. Thus far one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in!

This location was perfect for our weekend plans in DC. The house was super cute, homey, and very clean.t The host was very responsive the one time I needed to reach out, and her check in/out instructions were easy to follow. We really enjoyed our time there and hope we can snag it for our annual trip.
