Less than 5 minutes' walk from Franconville train station (lines C, H and J) and close to shops. Access to the Stade de France in 40 minutes by train and 25 minutes by car.

Close to the A15, the Herblay Pate-d'Oie shopping area and the Bois des Éboulures (less than 5 minutes' walk). A bus stop in front of the house has access to the train station in 10 minutes.
