There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

The apartment is located at garden level and includes an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
