Welcome to our peaceful and unique urban farm cottage. We are located in historic Florence, Massachusetts (a part of Northampton). While our place is no longer a working farm, the cottage was created many years ago to support the main dwelling. It has been modernized to offer every comfort while maintaining its cozy aesthetic. Free parking & lighted access to the cottage. The cottage is a private space where you can come and go as you please. Relax and unwind or head out to explore the area!

Private house on the River

Get away from it all at this very private house on the Westfield River. Walk in and feel right at home in this comfortable 2 bedroom ranch. It has a large back porch with outdoor seating and table that is 50 steps from the river. We supply everything you need, from the sheets and towels to your basic cooking needs. All you need to do is the bring the food. This house is perfect for families, with a large yard, indoor and outdoor toys, tire swing, floats, pack & play and high chair.

Open floor plan duplex with beautiful back yard that has a patio, dog run, chickens, grill, fire pit, and fruit trees! One block from the corner store and the Pie Bar. If you enjoy cycling the bike path abuts the back of the property! Quiet neighborhood, pet and kid friendly one block from downtown Florence. Look Park is a mile down the bike path. Plenty to do if the weather is not cooperating. Fully appointed kitchen to make cookies, home made ice cream, plenty of games and records.

Unique People & Pet-Welcoming Haven

Your own gracious living space with very well equipped kitchen, private deck, entrance, garden, country roads for dog walks, forests, meadows, mountain streams, stone walls, tranquility. The cottage is attached to the main house but is a "separate" entity and again has its own private entrance as mentioned above. No smoking in the cottage please but on the deck just fine. Tree Top Suite, cozy downtown apartment

This is an entire apartment, close to downtown. It is on the third floor, so you will have to walk up two flights of stairs. Because there are dormers (peaked areas in the ceiling), especially tall people might feel a little cramped in this space. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, a living area that includes a kitchenette, dining area, seating area and a smart TV with a fire stick, and a large bathroom. Outdoor seating on the front porch is for your use only.

This space is a Large Studio Apartment in the Bonus Room above the Garage of a large log home overlooking Berkshire East Mountain Resort. Guests have shared access to the hot tub, deck, fire pit barbecue area and limited access to host's laundry facilities. You'll have sole access to the bonus room, deck & grill and full private bath. Space is comfy and charming, accessible from a private staircase or spiral into the main house's entrance hall.
