While the home isn’t lakefront, there’s a boat launch and 2 common areas directly on the lake to use. There’s plenty of flat space to park a boat trailer on the property. Whether you’re soaking in the hot tub, playing lawn games, or exploring the lake, there’s something for everyone.

This 3 bed 2 bath home sits right on beautiful Lake Carmi, offering year-round recreation — enjoy canoeing, swimming, and paddle boarding in the summer, or ice fishing and snowshoeing in the winter. It’s 45 mins to Jay Peak Resort for skiing and memory making at the indoor Waterpark. Franklin is 5 mins away w/ a General Store (pizzas, deli, wine, basic groceries), Haston Library, Post Office and Dick Wright Pub. Enosburg is (18 mins), St. Albans (25 mins), BTV (1 hr) & Frelighsburg, QC (20 mins)

VT farmhouse- new gameroom and rail trail access

Historical Farm House built in 1880, located in Sheldon, VT at Hartman’s Farm Stand. Huge home with lots of space on our 300 acre farm. Direct access to the rail trail and only 35 minutes to both Jay Peak and Smugglers Notch. For the snowmobile enthusiasts, we also have direct access to the trail. This would be a perfect stop! Local restaurants with great charm and just a quick 5 minutes to Lake Carmi. Pet friendly with lots of acreage to explore and hike while you enjoy a quiet farm getaway

Organic Farm Hideaway Home and Pond

The house is tucked into the back of our 300-acre working dairy farm and offers breathtaking views of Mt. Mansfield. We are located in between two of Vermont's best ski resorts, Jay Peak and Smuggler Notch. Come for a winter adventure full of downhill skiing, riding or x-country touring. Stay for the local breweries, distilleries and restaurants. Or just relax at the farm, cozy up by the wood stove and cook up some delicious farm raised food for dinner. Well behaved dogs are welcome anytime!

Relax in the clawfoot tub after a day of travel or prepare a home-cooked meal in the well equipped kitchen. Wake up to coffee on the deck or take a stroll around the pond. And you won’t regret kicking back in the evenings - star gazing is simply magical! We are certain that you’ll have a hard time leaving!

3 BR Camp on Lake Carmi

3BR camp on Lake Carmi in beautiful northern Vermont. This camp is equipped with 1 queen size bed and 2 full size beds. Our maximum occupancy of the camp/ property is 4 people. The camp comes with direct access to the lake. The back yard allows for fun summer nights around the campfire and in the fall, enjoyment of foliage. The boat launch and State Park are 5 minutes away along with numerous mountains in the area. No parties, events or gatherings allowed. We offer a military discount.

Camp Shenanigans

The is a great place for friends & family to gather and make memories together. We have an outdoor kitchen fully equipped with smoker grill, griddle, fryer, & condiment refrigerator. There is an outdoor bar, this is another favorite hangout. Help yourself to whatever we have out there. There is plenty of outdoor seating, a dock, kayaks, paddleboat, & more. There is also a 1 bedroom standalone cabin included. This is the place where fun never ends! Weekly and Monthly discounts!

Cozy Lake Carmi Cabin

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin on the water. Fully furnished with everything you might need for a long, or short stay. The private one mile long road has little traffic that allows for quiet walks, and bike rides with the family. The dock is available to tie up a boat, or to just sit and relax and enjoy the scenic views, and sounds of nature. Two kayaks are available to use to tour around lake carmi. Please be careful, and be sure to wear a life jacket!

1860 Farmhouse

Enjoy a restful getaway at The 1860 Farmhouse. We purchased the farmhouse in 2018 from a family that had done extensive renovations to the interior. Keeping true to its historic roots, the farmhouse offers modern amenities in a historic setting. A convenient location close to Jay Peak and Smuggler's Notch, and many Vermont and Quebec attractions within an easy drive. Swiss and Bloom wedding venue and Phoenix Manor are close by. The house is 6 bedrooms and sleeps 12 people.

Champlain Cottage

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. Come enjoy your stay.

Here, you are perfectly poised to explore both the quaint, foodie-focused, Eastern Townships just across the border in Quebec AND the scenic back-roads, abundant lakes, family farms, mountain trails, local pubs, and old general stores of Northern Vermont. Or just enjoy the porch & peaceful atmosphere!
