The train station is a 3 minute walk away, and will get you to the CBD in 12 minutes. The iconic Chapel Street is also only a few blocks away, or St Kilda Beach is 5 minutes by car.

There’s something for everyone in Frankston. The apartment is below our main residence, you have your own access down the side of the house and complete privacy.

The apartment is situated on a private Lake and 100% private. You have access to the beach and lake and can also go for a swim. Yes, it has Air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi and a Netflix account is also available. EV charging available at self cost.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.
