Wow. What a beautiful location and home with lovely historic charm. We were celebrating my mom’s 60th birthday and she loves history, this was the perfect home to celebrate in. She was so excited and enjoyed every minute. Our weekend didn’t go as planned with the death of my grandfather but the caretaker of the home, Mike, was so kind and understanding with our very late check-in. The communication was awesome and always so warm and kind. Everything about our stay with perfect. Highly recommend!

This BnB is in contention for my FAVORITE stay of all time. Family of 6 adults and 1 child had more than enough space, and Jeanne really made our stay effortless. We felt right at home and we didn't have to make that last minute trip to the store you sometimes have to make bc the host skimped on providing toilet paper or dish soap, because she honestly thought of EVERYTHING ❤️ My granddaughter loved the pool and dips in the hot tub after swimsmade the adults happy. The location and view are to die for, and the two pups were ecstatic playing in the large fenced area. We spent a lot of time outside, plenty of furniture, fire pit, just eating dinner on the deck. (Missing NOTHING in the kitchen either!) Our last night we spent sitting and talking on the deck trying to identify the multitude of frog voices from the pond, before we parted ways to our various home states. I am most grateful for memories made and we are definitely considering a repeat! ❤️Thank you!

Duane and Matt were absolutely wonderful hosts! They helped make our quick weekend getaway truly unforgettable. Every amenity at the property was thoughtfully provided, and our daughters enjoyed every bit of it. Even while traveling internationally, Duane remained incredibly attentive and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. One of the highlights for our girls was getting to meet a baby sheep—such a thoughtful and special touch! They were especially taken with little Pinky Pie and are still talking about her. Thank you again, Duane, for sharing your beautiful property and creating such a memorable experience for our family!

Was a wonderful immersive experience. We enjoyed dining and playing board games in the great hall. The escape rooms were very well done. I was skeptical on how it would go without a game master, even had some nice surprise moments. Looking forward to staying again. Kids were upset we weren't staying all week.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with Paul was easy and responsive, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location close to grocery stores, restaurants, and freeways. The neighborhood has a huge pool as well that is really nice.

We had a wonderful family reunion here with 3 generations. Each family had their own private space but there was tons to do on the property together as well. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and made sure we were comfortable and happy! We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked, too.

Lovely home right off of route 70 made for easy access to destinations and travel. The house had plenty of parking space and rooms for all of our guests staying there at the time. The decorum and dining setting was inviting and made us feel welcome. Mina was quick to respond to our question and provided great detail in the check-in and check-out instructions.

Lovely stay and would highly recommend this house. My only complaint is we didn’t have time to stay longer!

Unfortunately our stay here got cut short due to an unexpected plumbing issue and we had to find another place. However I’d definitely stay here again. PJ was fantastic. He attempted to address the issue mere hours after it happened. Unfortunately it was something that just couldn’t be fixed quickly. But the place was very nice. Very clean. Well decorated and very cosy. Awesome couch and tv and stereo. Bummed we had to leave. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future if the opportunity arises. PJ made sure we got a very fair refund and took great care of us. Can’t recommend him as a host enough.

Loved the Great Room and the flexibility it provided. Could tell that the house served well as a farm house and has a lovely charm. Would've loved to have stayed another night!!

Unique little charmer was a perfect stay for our little family. Location was easy to find, especially with Riema’s photo turn by turn directions to find the designated parking. The house was cozy but very well appointed, with brand new fixtures and very comfortable beds. We’ve done a lot of renovations and we love old, historic homes, and this one was renovated so well with thoughtful design choices for the unique space. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and we appreciated all the coffee and tea options. A huge perk for us was having a first floor bedroom and bathroom, as there are many 3 level townhomes in Frederick, but my mom has mobility issues and can’t do many stairs. The stairs do not have a rail or bannister on the side so care needs to be taken going up and down. This wasn’t an issue for my mom since she had the first floor bedroom and bath. There was plenty of plates, bowls and silverware, but only table seating for 4, which was fine for us.

For a house that can accommodate a multi-generational family, this was excellent. Walking around the property was adequate for a winter day, but in other seasons, when you want a longer walk, the highway would not have been safe. We had to get in the car to walk on the C&O Canal, just 15 minutes away in Brunswick. A lovely, flat walking or biking space. There was a highchair for the baby, and little to no decor for young children to break. Thank you! The host negotiated an issue with no electrical power in three bedrooms the first night. A repair person came promptly the next morning to flip a breaker. All was well from that point on. Being a musical family, the piano was a real bonus! We will definitely return when we can.

The home is beautiful and has great views. We felt like we were secluded in the hills, but main street boonsboro was only a five minute drive away which made getting food and coffee super easy! Our kids loved the space - especially the arcade games!

my family was in the area for Thanksgiving, and we were so happy we found Cory's home. this house is very walkable to market st, but is still in a very quiet neighborhood. we would stay again any time

If you are thinking my about staying here, don’t think twice about it! The view and the house are both incredibly beautiful. Additionally within reasonable distance from Gettysburg, DC, and Baltimore. Hospitals and convenience/grocery stores are close! As a family we had an exceptional and wonderful experience. Caitlin was very attentive, understanding, and patient!

Susan was very communicative before our trip. We arrived to the perfectly manicured property, which was amazing. Incredible to walk outside the house and look at the beautiful horses. The house was comfortable and everything worked as promised. We would love to come back!

3 of my employees and I stayed for 2 weeks at Margret’s place and absolutely loved it. The home sits on 2-1/2 acres with a beautiful stream running in the back yard. Amazing outdoor furniture and firepit make for a great way unwind after a long day. Margret and Joe are really friendly and made us feel right at home. We would definitely want to stay again if in the area.

This stay was one of the best my group and I have had. The house was even more beautiful in person and the host was such an amazing communicator and answered all my questions quickly. I would recommend this airbnb to everyone and if I want another stay in the area I will be booking here!

Every bit of attention to detail has been paid. The farm is breathtakingly beautiful, calm, and so easy to get to! We went to a local vineyard and ventured into Frederick— all lively drives and less than 20 minute drive. All dishes, cookware, and necessities were amply available. The beds were comfortable, the sheets felt amazing, the towels were soft and the fire pit was an absolute delight. Thank you for such an amazing trip!

It is great to have a place in Mt Airy where friends and family can stay. Very modern, clean house with a great view. Stuart was very accommodating. Will rent again for our next big family event.

We came from Nova Scotia and New Brunswick Canada to visit our daughter and 1 year old granddaughter. My 86 year old dad and stepmom came too. It was so important for us all to be together in a homey, peaceful setting and where my father could see his great grand daughter for the first time. It was the perfect family getaway. The trip meant the world to us. We made memories for a life time. God willing, we will be back.
