Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Frederick County

We enjoyed staying at Martin’s home.The house was well stocked, clean and there was even a basket of welcome snacks. 😊 The yard was beautiful with gardens and there were birds all the time right out by the kitchen window. Our daughter lives in the area and we enjoyed it so much we have it booked for 2 more visits.

Excellent host. Very clean place, beautiful property. Laura was amazing. It was like staying with a good friend. We bought some of her eggs and delicious honey. We would definitely stay there again. My wife and I and our fur babies will miss Laura, Jerald, and Dasher.

I enjoyed my stay. Very convenient to nearby restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this place to others.

Kim's communication was good. The Place is in a very old building, but was fine for overnight.

Great place to stay while visiting Stephens City, VA. The basement was spotless and we immediately noticed that it had been recently cleaned; fresh and airy. This location is easily walkable to the historic city center where you will find antique shops and restaurants. We contacted the hosts during our stay and they were very responsive to our questions. This would be an ideal location for a long-term stay.

We had the best time staying at Avery’s flat! It was in pristine condition and absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of space and in a beautiful part of ton, just a few minutes walk to wonderful restaurants and shopping. It was also an easy drive to the upperville horse show grounds. We loved staying and will be again!

PROs -The hosts are amazing. Very responsive & helpful. They really made things easy and enjoyable. CONs -We used a pot to boil water for my baby. We washed a couple times before use. Even after washing, there was a bad oily residue with a smell. We noticed this throughout our stay and we stopped using all cutlery & kitchenware. -There was a residue in the kitchen sink that I gladly tried cleaning for the hosts. -The pillows are extremely flat & old -Red splatter on blinds & some blinds don 't open -In my opinion, this apartment is put together just enough to make livable. The bathroom paint isn't really complete, the board sizes in pencil are still on the walls. -Every day we came home, there were bugs throughout the apartment, even though windows were closed. (Probably coming from basement) -Whoever was upstairs at the same time constantly hogged the washer/dryer lol. Not a host problem but still annoying. All in all, 10/10 hosts & 3/10 cleanliness

We loved our stay at Mark's place. It was gorgeous, huge, clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfy. Quick drive into town. We would stay again! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Matthew’s retreat. The home is spacious across both levels, making it perfect for our large family. It’s beautifully furnished-comfortable, tasteful and uncluttered. The kitchen is generously equipped. The massive deck is a real highlight. With plenty of seating, two heaters and a grill. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to connect with nature and truly unwind. Check-in and check-out were easy. The house is exactly as advertised- no surprises, just a great experience. Alex was very friendly and responsive. The place was large enough for 5 adults, 4 teens, and a dog to spread out and have a nice time. The location was lovely, and the home was very welcoming.

My husband, two young children and I stayed for a weekend, and it was amazing! The house and area was beautiful. There was a fire pit within walking distance, and Glenn gave great details on the best place to go kayaking and tubing along the river. Glenn was an amazing host, and he gave great recommendations on what to do in that area. If you have smaller kids who just love to run around outside this is a great place!

I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to stay at Elizabeth’s place a few times and it’s one of my favorites! It is so homey, spacious, and the location is fantastic! Elizabeth is a fabulous host…great communication and very personable. This last stay in late May was very special because my son graduated from Shenandoah Conservatory. Highly recommend to stay here!

I needed a place that my family, from out of state, could stay while attending a graduation. The house was perfect! I told Bob what I wanted to do and he was encouraging and helpful. He made sure we had propane for grilling and answered all my questions. He was very prompt when I reached out to him. We had an amazing time. I would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay in this charming cottage! The location is ideal for walking—- either around the neighborhood or downtown. We loved the charm and cozy atmosphere and spent a lot of time on the sun porch too! Can’t recommend it highly enough and look forward to staying here again
