Cozy house in a quiet setting overlooking fields with a rich wildlife in a hilly terrain (Åsted Ådal) A large south-facing wooden terrace with a parasol, barbecue and plenty of opportunities for relaxation. The house is on 2 floors, where the lower floor contains a large open kitchen/living room, living room, bathroom, play/children's room, entrance, as well as laundry room with laundry facilities. The upper floor consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a balcony on the 1st floor, where coffee can be enjoyed with views over the countryside.

Large and exclusive villa of 270 sqm. The villa is located 200 meters from the beach and has sea views. There are terraces and balconies so there is a possibility of sun morning and evening. Sæby Torv, the beach and the harbour are in short walking distance. Across the road you will find Söja's best bakeries. Great patio with barbecue and lawn, play and ball games. Lots of bikes available. Electricity and heating, TV and internet included. Parking on the property's property with room for two cars. Ideal for families with young children. Perfect home, close to lovely sandy beach, unique nature and cozy, small but lively tourist town. The city is located 20 km from Skagen and Frederikshavn. It contains both grocery stores, Restaurant "The enjoyable" Serving specialty beers in "The Tiny Beer House", as well as several specialty shops. Close to Råbjerg mile, a unique nature experience. If you are into forest by bike or hiking, Aalbaek sand dune plantation contains 4 well-marked routes in a nature that is not seen anywhere else in small Denmark.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, and it is 2 km to the beach, the city and Knivholt forest. There are 7 sets duvets and pillows for 7 beds.
