The house is located in a very quiet village close to a beach and various beautiful places and sites: Cap Frehel, Fort Lalatte, Erquy, Sables d 'Or.. The house is very comfortable compliant in every way with the photos and descriptions. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is of very good quality. The upstairs is very well appointed and the great room with billiards and ocean views is a great bonus. I would definitely recommend this place where the stay was perfect!

Thank you for your lovely welcome to this peaceful retreat. Everything was as described, the house is very well equipped perfect for two couples. The accommodation is located a stone's throw from the GR34 in a peaceful location. We were lucky enough to observe the local fauna and flora there for the pleasure of the eyes (doe, pheasant, hare). We'll be happy to go back!

It’s impossible for there to be a better stay in Dinan. Stay in an incredible historic building in the heart of old dinan, with an expansive living space, beautiful windows, spotless home, with a kind and thoughtful host. Check in was painless, Ann-Katherin was so kind to meet us, help us park and show us into the apartment. What a treat to have easy, free parking a short 3 minute walk to old town. Dinan is a gem of medieval architecture and you get to stay right in it! Her home is modern, extremely clean, with very thoughtful touches throughout. It’s places like this that bring people back to Airbnb.

We had a very good stay at Virginie's, the beach 50m walk is a real asset and offers a very nice view. The apartment is very well-equipped.

Very nice accommodation much larger than in the photos and very well located. Alix is adorable and available right away by message if you have any questions. Beach and city center walking access not far away. I would highly recommend it.

A true gem! If you are looking for a place in St Malo, this is the one! Conveniently located, with a side sea view from the window, quiet with the sounds of seagulls and waves… The appartement is also perfectly equipped. It was our second vacation with our baby and we were amazed by all baby accessories Marion prepared for us. From the bed to the chair, including the cutlery and the bath thermometer! We had a great time at Stephy's house who is a very charming host and always attentive, who gave us very good tips. It was a pleasure to stay at his apartment which is more than central. No need to take the car to go for the small morning errands, close to the beach, lots of good restaurants nearby. Stephy has always been responsive to our questions. Her place is full of everything and is beautifully decorated. We thank Stephy for his welcome, his little gift upon arrival and for sure, we will be back. Great stay, we highly recommend it!
