The 100 m2 apartment we offer was completely renovated in 2023. It is located on the 1st floor and has a large balcony that you can enjoy during the beautiful summer evenings. Being on site, I am easily reachable if needed. You will have access to all the amenities of Châteauroux-les-Alpes (bakery, grocery store, bar and restaurant) a 5-minute drive away. The Embrun water park as well as small shops and supermarkets are a 10-minute drive.

Ideal for mountain activities. A living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet. Fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, garden furniture). A barn and boiler room are available for your bulky (kayaks, bicycles) and wet equipment. Parking nearby.

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
