Beachfront holiday rental in Freiston Shore

Great location on the sea front, approx a mile walk to Heacham or Hunstanton. Great set up for like us a large family with 2 small dogs. The accommodation was faultlessly warm at all times, which was appreciated when coming back from a wet and windy walk. Great utility room to dry your wet clothing in. We had everything we needed which made our stay enjoyable (could have done with more toilet rolls, had to source some more) Overall we had a great staycation, all I would say is if you are travelling without dogs, remember dogs have stayed here. We wouldn’t hesitate staying again.

Absolutely wonderful stay, location is perfect for the beach and if birdwatching is your thing it’s a perfect location, we are not birdwatchers but found ourselves just sitting fascinated by the flocking. Our 14 year old was the only one that was disappointed, he’d packed his Xbox, imagine his disappointment to find there are no sockets to plug it in. I must admit I missed the information about it being off grid. Having no mobile/wifi was a real bonus, I recommend living for a week without the normal message arrival notifications, very relaxing and this location provided that. Please note there is a small fridge but no freezer so plan accordingly. We will be going again. Thanks for a wonderful time.

We arrived to a lovely clean van airbnb had an issue sending us the check in code but was soon sorted by Joe. There was no clutter and everything was nice and clean. There was a hoover which is a must with dogs once emptied it was a great. We took our own bedding as not included which was no hassle but the beds themselves were very clean. We did have abit of an issue with ants but again Joe soon got it sorted. The van itself was fantastic in a lovely spot on a quiet site. I would definitely stay again. Joe as a host was outstanding nothing was too much trouble.

me and my partner with our 8 year old daughter and our 2year old french bulldog had a lovely 2night stay with easy access to the beach and an easy 5 min walk to the rides at fantasy island. the caravan was perfect for the price and location also I just want to mention that the shower was alot better than previous caravan stays...was very powerful and very warm which is a massive bonus when wanting to start the day off or at the end of a busy day the owner was very helpful with our booking as well we will definitely be returning in the future for some more shorts breaks away

We based ourselves at Ajay’s place to walk three days of the Norfolk coast path, it was perfect! Perfect location, great for the coastal hopper busses, really big space for our group, big lounge, nice rooms and beds, loads of bathrooms, lots of parking - super easy for a group of friends and also dog friendly! Also lovely to see the sunset each night from the giant windows! We thought it was very well priced for a group. Would really recommend - thank you for a lovely stay!

Had a very nice stay, short walk to shops and seaside. Dog friendly place, but noticed streets and also area around accommodation was very clean. Beautiful beach, which families would enjoy. Unspoiled as there are only a few cafes. Cyclists can get on a safe track to ride from Mablethorpe to Skegness, maybe further. Loads of takeaways near, and a lovely Italian Restaurant, where I had a birthday meal. Quiet place if you like that, good for visits to nearby resorts.

Wonderfully appointed caravan that was significantly larger than even expected! From start to finish, it was a seamless, stress-free experience that ticked all boxes. Happily recommend to friends, family and strangers alike 👍🏼

We had a great stay at this dog friendly spacious caravan. In a very good location not to far from all the attractions but also not to close so you can relax. Beach across the road which is also dog friendly. You have WiFi and sky TV with sky movies which was a nice extra to have especially with children. Everything you need in the caravan for a perfect getaway. Thank you David for our stay and being responsive whenever a question was asked. Also for messaging when the caravan was ready to check in 3 hours earlier than check in time.

Property was as described, well located, just a few minutes walk from Heacham South Beach.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed at Adrian’s caravan and once again cannot fault anything. As a party of 5 (3 adults 2 children) the caravan accomodated us perfectly in terms of space and amenities. The location is perfect close to everything we wanted to do but just far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle which ingoldmells inevitably brings. Adrian was faultless as a host again, very responsive, helpful, polite and even worked it so we could have a slightly earlier check in. Definitely recommended will definitely be looking to visit again.

Clean, comfortable and homely lodge in a quiet part of the holiday park. Well kitted out from kitchen equipment to books and games. We didn’t use the park facilities but liked that it was walkable to the front and fairground which our children enjoyed. Also good location for exploring North Norfolk and near Sandringham. Plenty of good suggestions for local pubs and restaurants too - we loved The Orange Tree.

Staying in Kirsty’s caravan for the weekend was a much needed and lovely getaway. It had all the basic necessities we needed, and my son loved the caravan space to play in and explore. The area that the caravan was located was fairly close to the beach, and there were other activities that you could do within the area, I.e., mini golf/arcade. Kirsty was very responsive and understanding of certain situations, which we were thankful for. The only downside was that the games had missing pieces, however the rest of the stay was great!

I paid for the airbnb for my granddaughters birthday and the family went too. They loved the apartment and balcony, good facilities and location. Catherine the host was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 2 nights and felt at home with the homely feel of the apartment. It was very well equipped and beds were comfortable. The location was great and gave us lots of flexibility throughout our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. Caroline's place was very clean, spacious, with all mod cons and well decorated. Beds were firm but comfy and kids loved the bunk beds. Great shower (always hot water) and kitchen well equipped for our week's stay. Whilst busy, we managed to park on the road with no issues. Flat is situated in an excellent location, only 5 mins walk to sandy beach and pier/amusements and the high street in opposite direction. Lovely park with swings 2 mins away. Only small negative (not the owners fault, but guess this is the challenge with house conversions and tricky to sound proof between floors) was we had a noisy family with young kids running around and (sounded like) jumping off furniture above us from 6.30/7am for the first 2 morning's, but the later guests we barely heard, so didn't affect our stay significantly. Caroline was very responsive to questions and friendly to deal with. Would be happy to stay again.

Amazing stay at Damien’s caravan! Prior to booking Damien was so responsive and helpful in answering all questions, this continued throughout the stay. The caravan was in a great location, close to beach and bars, it had everything we needed! Great for visiting Skegness and Ingoldmells Prior to check in Damien asked if we could check in slightly later due to moving, this was fine by us. Damien explained that we could stay an extra night due to this, we thought this was amazing and the kids were so excited! The caravan was clean and the beds were so comfy. The price is amazing and I would 100% recommend this stay to anyone! We will be returning in the future. Thanks again!

Highly recommend this property, it’s in a fantastic location! We have stayed in Norfolk several times over the past few years and this was by far our favourite. The house is a great size & benefits from a large, secure garden! It ticks all the boxes and had everything you could need. Really impressed and would stay again. Thanks for having us!

A truly wonderful location a short walk from Old Hunstanton beach, and a pristine, very well equipped modern home that was a delight to stay in. Beds super comfortable, kitchen packed with everything you could need, and Kay was so considerate and flexible in the arrangements. We will be back soon, I hope - and heading straight to the beach cafe round the corner for a bacon and brie pannini!
