Small rural stone house restored with private garden and parking, offers tranquillity and a stunning view to Serra da Freita and Frecha da Mizarela waterfall. Great starting point to reach the remote hills of Freita, where you can enjoy long hikes, river baths or simply visit the geological and archaeological sites of Arouca Geopark. Located in a small rural village in the hills, nearby you can find a grocery store and good restaurant with local gastronomy. Porto city is just 50 min away by car.

You'll love my place because it's quiet, has good access to rural areas with a pleasant view over chestnut groves and agricultural lands. The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).

Cabana Douro Paraíso is located on the bank of the Douro river between Porto and Régua. The magnificent landscape will surprise you every morning! The cottage is secluded by more privacy and surrounded by flowers! Possibility to park your car. We also propose breakfast, but it is not included in the nightly price.
