Studio maisonette with private garden by the sea (2 minutes walk), immediate access to the beach of the salt pans, quiet, peaceful with greenery. This little cocoon is located in the most sought-after area of Rémire-Montjoly at the bottom of the owner's garden. Completely refurbished also for equipment, connected accommodation (Wi-Fi with fiber, new air conditioner, NETFLIX). Animal lovers, we have a little dog O. and a big dog T. who are very nice.

25 m² air-conditioned studio with independent kitchen, 3.5 km from Place des Palmistes and 500 m from Montabo Beach. Close-by you will find a few shops and restaurants. We rent our pretty studio adjoining our main house but totally independent, located 100 m from one of the most beautiful beaches in Guyana in the town of Montjoly (also 100 m from the kitesurfing spot) near Montravel. Restaurants, shops and pharmacy are within a 10-minute walk as well as a bus stop and the Montjoly Tourist Office.
