Studio maisonette with private garden by the sea (2 minutes walk), immediate access to the beach of the salt pans, quiet, peaceful with greenery. This little cocoon is located in the most sought-after area of Rémire-Montjoly at the bottom of the owner's garden. Completely refurbished also for equipment, connected accommodation (Wi-Fi with fiber, new air conditioner, NETFLIX). Animal lovers, we have a little dog O. and a big dog T. who are very nice.

The entrance is independent, the space is very bright, the kitchen is equipped, the 2 bedrooms are air-conditioned and we have installed a washing machine in the shower room.
